Ooooooh yes! That's a cool idea. They even have the same letters starting their names! STRIKEFANG and SILVERSTAR!

Thornpaw~

I float up into conciousness, and pain stabs at me, as acutely as ever. I try to turn my head, and see Silverstar sitting next to me. How am I here? I-oh... "It hurts...." I mumble, and Silverstar licks my head motherly. Nighthorn pokes his head in-my brain moves sluggishly, how-ah. I'm in the Medicen cat's den... ah. He says something to Silverstar, she starts to nod, but glances at me.. I look pleadingly at her. If she wants to hear my story, then it has to be.... alone. She shakes her head to Nighthorn, and he leaves the den. I try to focous on her face, but it's hard, pain is distracting me-and my dream. She nods, and I take a big breath-wincing slightly because of the pain in my ribs-and begin the story. I tell the entire truth, thinking that it's the easiest and most direct way. But I don't tell her about what happened when Newtpaw almost won. I just told her that I... I did tell her that I attacked him back, and viciously-I have no right to hide what I did. But I have a right to hide what I felt when it happened. By the end of the story, her face is a mixture of anger and grief. A long moment of silence lingers after my story. Her tail flicks agitatedly at the floor, other than that, she shows no outward sign of agitation. Sunlight filters through the moss-covered entrencway. A fly buzzes its way through the den, inturrupting the silence. The sound of her meow startles me, "And then, I assume, Newtpaw just ran off?" I shrugg stiffly, but I'm pretty sure that she wasn't talking to me, just musing to herself. She turns her face to me, and I'm frightened by the look on her face.

"And you didn't think before going off for a duel? You didn't think of telling me?" The anger in her voice shocks me, though level, it's obvious that she's trying to control strong emotions. I qual under her bristling gaze. "Why did you not just tell me about it?! Why did you run off headfirst into a situation that you didn't fully understand?!" She sighs, a rough exalation from her nose, and starts to pace the den before me. "It's not like you to just run off without thinking it through! I can't believe you!" She stops and looks straight at me, her gaze fierce, tail lashing. "How can I trust you on your own if you run off to the first perilous thing you see?!" I try to inturrupt, "But I-" "You could have been killed!" She snarls, coming closer to me. "How can you expect me to trust you after this! I thought you were smarter than that! I was so afriad of what might have happened to you when I heard! If you continue to retaliate with any cat you don't like by accepting a duel, then what will you do when you are a warrior?!"

She stops, chest heaving, glaring at me, her face inches from my own. She settles back into a sitting position. "I thought I had trained you better than this." Her tone of voice is full of disapointment, and cold. I hang my head. The disapointment feels much worse than the anger she directed at me before. She sighs, and when she speaks her tone of voice is slightly calmer. "But if this is anyone's fault, it's probably mine. I guess I just assumed that you were responsible enough for this. Maybe I just didn't judge you properly." She huffs again, and then looks directly at me. "I'm sorry, but this is unacceptable, and a breach of the warrior code," That adds another wieght of shame to me, making me feel more guilty, "So I am going to keep you on probation for now. You will not be able to go farther than the training pit. You must keep to the camp until the I see fit." I hang my head, numbly accepting the punishment. She looks coldly at me. "I was considering making you a warrior next full moon, but obviously I considered wrongly that you were ready for the responsibilities." The silence after that feels deafening. I feel like a hole just opened up at my feet and I'm falling through it, shame and guilt dragging me down. A cold sensation settles in my chest. Silverstar sweeps back to the entrance, pausing at the exit to say shortly, "Nighthorn will be tending to your wounds soon. You will be confined to cam until I lift the probation." Without looking at me, she adds coldly, "Which doesn't look like anytime soon, considering what you just did."

She steps out of the den, leaving me in the den, feeling emptier than I would have ever thought possible.

~~~~~~~~
Okay, sorry if I made Silverstar seem really harsh PinkPanther, I just feel like after all that intense worrying about him, she probably would feel like lashing out. Plus what he just did was not the smartest, all considering. Hope I represented the character well, but that last bit was just plain mean, so maybe disregard that if you want.
Oh, yes, ShyPeakock, I was thinking that there could be a love interest with Thornpaw and Dapplepaw! Maybe something that's been going on for a long time? If not, that's okay!
Also, I will re-post Thornpaw's dream, just because when I posted it, I had to get off REALLY soon after it, so no time for revision (Which I actually don't do that often, but still it was pretty bad;y described).
Thornpaw was suddenly yanked out of pleasant unconciousness into a dream...
My paws hit brown packed damp earth, unpleasantly sticky. I look around to my surroundings, a wet tropical-looking forest, at first look pleasantly green... I look closer to a flourishing-seeming tree and-I recoil in disgust. Slimy white maggots are eating the tree from inside out-the entire forest smells of decay.... rotting wood mignling with... the smell of rotting.... crow-food! Carrion.... I start-screaming cats. The sound electrifies me, making me jump. It comes again, high, disturbingly high, yowling of pain beyond comparison, I turn and run through the forest, as I run suddenly the forest seems to be quickly rotting from inside out, revaling a wasteland of death and decay-I leap over a stump already turning to dust-I catch glimpses of the screaming cats, I propell myself further. And suddenly I feel like I'm wading through thick wet muddy bog, I glance down, and open my mouth, snarling in disgust. The trees behind me are melting-no, almost disintegrating, into writhing masses of mushy wood with maggots and worms squirming in it, slowly spreading over the forest floor, I'm stuck in it, the touch makes me feel rage, distrust, anger, I feel like the essence of decay is absorbing into my fur. I see the sky turn blood-red, the sun seemingly vanished. I turn around frantically, still hearing the frightening caterwauling of cats, seeing them just out of my reach, and see other cats also stuck in the bog-a queen, warriors, medicine cats, apprentices, so many other cats also struggling in the hellish (is that okay admins?) bog, trying to reach the other cats. The mush has reached my chest, in seconds it will start to suffocate me, and then.... terrifying coolness, coldnesss starts to tingle at my paws, I look down. I try to move, but y paws are rooted to the ground, thorns are growing quickly up my leg, fusing with it, I'm becoming one with the thorns, they accelerate, spreading accross the bog, leaving nothing but terrifying cold, cold beyond measure, and yet beneath that sweltering heat. Spreading accross the desolate plain that was once a forest, to horizon to horizon-and I feel like a cat is slowly clawing away at my mind, madness welling up instead of blood, coherant thoughts being consumed by red darkness, anger and grief and betrayal-, the cats screaming and wailing all the time-and suddenly I am one with the thorns, rising up into the face of a medicine apprentice, thrashing wildly in the thorns, trying to escape-NO, DAPPLEPAW-The thorns force aside my thoughts, spreading numbing coldness, she turns and I look into her face, my thorns becoming claws tearing at her fur, she stares at my face with revulsion and fright-
~~~~~~~~~~

O-oooookay, please give me your honest opinions if that was too much.... mebbe went a little too overboard with that....... heheheh.......

@Chinchilla, yeah, she probably wouldn’t put him on probation or slow down the process to becoming warrior. However, she would be angry at him, and I think I’m going to build off of that.

Silverstar~

I storm out of the medicine cat den, and straight to mine. Once I get inside, I yowl and lash out at the walls, the bedding, and everything inside until it’s all torn apart and my den looks like a massacred cave.

My breathing is ragged, and I stare at the floor. How dare this happen? How dare Starclan let this happen now?

I hear a sniff at the entrance to my den and watch as my brother makes his way inside.

“You alright, Silverstar?”

I scoff. “Dandy. As you can tell.”

Nighthorn tilts his head. “I could hear you from the outside. Both times. When you were with Thornpaw and just now when you had a tantrum.”

I roll my eyes. “Okay.”

Nighthorn sighs. “What’s on your mind? You’ve never been that mad at Thornpaw. You almost got...Well, you almost got angry, and I haven’t seen you get angry since-“

“No,” I interrupt. “We don’t bring up those times.”

He nods respectfully, and his tail flicks, waiting for me to continue.

“We’ve known Thornpaw since birth,” I begin. “We know of his...violent issues,” I say carefully. “Starclan knows of it too...Nighthorn, I don’t want anyone dead, in either clans-“

“It won’t come to that.”

“How can you be sure?” I ask. “This is like taking a chapter out of Strikefang’s story all over again.”

“He will not turn into our father,” Nighthorn reassures. “I will make sure of that. You will make sure of that.”

I nod, though still uncertain.

“The Gathering is in one night,” Nighthorn says. “Are you going to postpone Thornpaw’s ceremony?”

“No,” I reply shortly. I then sigh. “I’m not mad at him...I’m just- Well, I’m just mad at what could happen. I fear for him. He’s a brilliant cat. I love him dearly, and I don’t want anything bad to happen to him. He needs to be careful. But I will not delay his ceremony. He deserves to be a warrior.”

Nighthorn nods in understanding before turning to leave.

I sigh. Back in the simple days, when it was just Nighthorn, Silverheart, and their mother Pearlwing, there was peace. Then it was Nighthorn, Silverheart, and no Pearlwing. Now it is Nighthorn and Silverstar. No Strikefang. No Pearlwing. No happy family. No peace.

Nice! Yes, let's just disregard that bit where she puts him on probation and stuff. Hmmm.... I like the cool plot about those "dark times" Hmm! It feels like you're building up to some really cool backstory! I keep on posting REEEEEEEEEALLY LOOOOOOOOOONG posts, including that whole vision-thing.

I"m so sorry I've not been posting! I'm going to post on Saterday, a real post. I've been busy with school.

I think that everyone can RP as Oak.

@Chinchila-- I was thinking that maybe Thornpaw could be Oak's kit? You don't have to if you don't want to.

Also if one of Oak's kit's is in a clan there should be one in the others. Maybe Fallowpaw could be Oak's kit as well and that's why she was watching im ;). All what we need is one of Oak's kits in Moonclan.

Ooh yes, that would be great!! And I am thinking that Oak had a third kit, one that is a rogue in her band. Here is her third kit:

Name: Rain

Age: 8 moons

Gender: female

Appearance: Thick-ish, slightly shaggy gray fur, icy blue eyes

Personality: Reserved, to the point, a bit snappish, clever, introverted

Oak's a female. Also, how old is Thornpaw. For some reasson I'm having trouble finding his charrie sheet. Was Thornpaw's old name Silverpaw? Because if that's so I'm going to change Fallowpaw's age to eight moons. He just got a little late start to become an apprentice.

ALSO I'M STILL LOOKING FOR A MENTOR FOR RIPPLEPAW! PLEASE HURRY SO I CAN RP AS HER.

Oak~~~

I stalk through the underbrush following the sound of happy cats. I look over at Rain and whisper

"Be very quiet, I'm going to take you to see your brother."

She nods.

Perhaps I should of left her with that last clan... Moonclan. But she's my baby girl, how would I live without her?

We reach the clearing and I look over the edge of it. There's Fallowpaw! Personaly I would of perphered the name Claw, but I never got the chance to choose the name.

"That's my brother! He looks so skinny." Rain hisses in disapontment.

"Shush." I hiss.

Fallowpaw looks up, and for a second he catches my eyes. My breath leaves, I had half convinsed myself that he wouldn't have blue eyes... Quickly I shut them. When I open my eyes he's gone. Slowly I ease myself out of the bushes, and with Rain following behind I head back to my camp.

Fallowpaw~~

It's been two days sence I was apprenticed to the leader and I've already seen so much! Today we're going to do battle practice and I can't wait!!!

"Are you ready Fallowpaw?" Birdstar asks.

"YES!!" I shout.

"OK then, follow me!" Birdstar says, racing out of camp.

Swiftly I follow her soon we arrive at the mossy clearing where battle practice is held. Birdstar sits in the clearing waiting for me.

"Attack me." She says.

I crouc down, looking at her. It puzzles me why I have to attack her instead of learning some battle moves first. She's smaller than me! I realize. I guess that's what I get for starting my apprenticeship late. Slowly I let my eyes wander around the clearing.... then I leap. Surprised, Birdstar jumps out of the way. With my back turn, I'm vurnible to attack... and that's just what I want. She leaps onto my back, and digs her claws in slightly. I drop to the forest floor, squishing her beneath me. Then I leap up, and before she can move I jab my claws into her belly. I leap back, horrified. Did I just? Looking down paw, I can see it covered in blood. Birdstar lays twiching on the ground. I can see that I made a killing blow, right into her heart.

"Birdstar... I'm sorry!" I moan, easing down next to her.

Slowly she stills, and her eyes glaze over. I lay next to her waiting for her to awake. Gasping she opens her eyes and rolls over.

"Are you OK?" I ask.

"Fallowpaw, why did you kill me?" She asks.

"I... I... didn't mean to! I guess I just got sucked into the fight. And forgot that it was claws sheathed." I mumble.

She looks at me.

"Fallowpaw, that move you used to kill me... that is an advanced move that only some warriors know how to do. And only some will use it. I was surprised at how well you fought. Why did you leap without looking at me?" She asks.

"I memorized where you were. I also heard you breathing, and the wind was blowing your scent right to me. I knew that if I leaped with looking at you, you would bat me away. And if I jumped like that, without looking at you you would jump to the side surprised, leaving me with the sun in my eyes. So I jumped without looking." I say.

"I see." She says, "Tell me, what would this move be best used for."

She leaps straight up into the air, and lands on an imaganary beast.

"Badger or another cat." I say.

"Fallowpaw, I don't think battle practice will be nessacary. You were gifted with the knowladge of how to battle, and dare I say it... statagizing." She says.

She leaves the clearing leaving me behind with my troubled thoughts. Slowly I start cleaning up the bloody moss, thinking how bad it would be if someone found it.

"Good job my kit, I knew you could do it." A strange purr fills the air.

"Who are you!" I shout.

But the voice never answers.

Birdstar~~

I enter the camp and call Navyfoot over to my den. He enters looking confused.

"Navyfoot, I have just lost a life." I say.

"HOW?" He roars.

"Shhh. Fallowpaw killed me." I say.

He sits in stunned silence.

"I don't want you telling the camp. Let's keep this between us." I say.

He comes over and licks me. I'm overwhelmed for a moment, reminded of the time when he and I where just young happy warriors... who had planned for kits.

"How many do you have left?" He says.

I sigh. "One"

Then I leap up, and exit the clearing to clear my head.

(February 23, 2018 - 7:51 am)

I sit, stunned, in the warriors' den. I am shocked because I had listened in on a private conversation (though I had my reasons). Warriors are never allowed to do that, I know, but I had been leading a hunt near the clearing when I had heard -- or really, sensed-- that Birdstar had been injured. I was about to go over to her when I remembered the hunt. If it had been nothing, if Birdstar had not been injured, I would have been in terrible trouble for abandoning my hunt. So with a heavy heart I motioned for the warriors to follow me again. But when I arrived at camp again, I realized that if I did not find out what had happened during the hunt before Birdstar left to socialize with the elders, I would never know. Now, crouching here inside my den, I wish I hadn't listened in on Birdstar's conversation. Because now I feel like Starclan has something planned for me, that I am meant to be Birdstar's guardian, but how can I tell her that I heard her mention her lost life? I curl up on the soft moss of the den, not hungry for my usual evening meal. Soon I am asleep.

I'm assuming Oak is a he, so sorry if i got it wrong, and this takes place the night of Thornpaw and Newtpaw's interrupted duel)

Dapplepaw---------------------------------------

It had been several weeks since Dapplepaw's dream, but it still consumed her thoughts. She remembered a cat in Duskclan was named Thornpaw? Would he threaten the Clans? Stop, she scolded herself, You have other things to think about. She had disguised her scent with a perticularly strong scented herb from the medicine den. She was creeping slowly through the underbrush, getting closer to the Duskclan border, when a rustle in the nearby bushes startled her. Could it be Twistedpaw? This wasn't the meeting place. But when she looked up, she saw a full grown cat with darker fur and amber[or was it yellow] eyes. It wasn't a face she knew. "Who-who are you?" she asked timidly. Amber eyes flicked in her direction, looking her up and down. There was a force in them that was not to be trifled with. "No one of consequence," said the stranger. He definetely wasn't a Clan cat. Was he a rogue? A loner? Something else? Should she be kicking him out? "Are you supposed to be here?" she asked defiantly. His intimidating-ness seemed to go out of him. "Please don't tell them,"" he pleaded. Dapplepaw looked away. This loner didn't seem dangerous. It felt wrong to kick him out just beceause he'd wandered over the border. "Okay," she sighed, "I won't. Just... just be careful, alright?" The stranger nodded ever so slightly and slunk away. Dapplepaw stared after him, trying to place where she'd seen him before. She continued to sneak toward the meeting place. Suddenly screams of cats broke out over the border. What had happened? Was Twistedpaw alright? Was that his cry? Dapplepaw paused, listening. She didn't know, but she was curious, so she crept towards it. After a while the caterwhauls stopped, but curiostity kept Dapplepaw inching onward. Suddenly, she emerged in a clearing. The clearing was littered with blood and tufts of fur. But that wasn't what caused Dapplepaw's eyes to widen in dismay. It was Twistedpaw's blood. She was sure of it. His scent was all over this clearing, in addition to to other apprentices' scents. Thornpaw and what was his name? Lizardpaw? Frogpaw? Newtpaw? Yes, she thought it was Newtpaw. Twistedpaw had told her that Newtpaw was a bully, but he didn't seem like it was to the point of... what even was this? She didn't even smell any other Clans! Was this a duel? A skirmish? A battle? And Thornpaw! Thornpaw! The prophecy suddenly flashed through her head. Was it coming true? Had Thornpaw hurt him? What in Starclan had even happened? Dapplepaw sheathed and unsheathed her claws, trying to calm down. Well, Twistedpaw certainly won't be able to meet you tonight, she thought. She carefully turned tail, realizing there was nothing she could do short of marching into Duskclan camp. The Gathering was in 3 days anyway. She could ask him there. She bounded all the way back to camp and went back to a very fitful and worried sleep, filled with confusing dreams, none of which she remembered. Well, none exept the last one: She had been sitting somewhere, a rocky cliff maybe, where she could see the sky. It had been one of those rare moments when you could see the sun and the moon at the same time, at dusk. The sun had been at one horizon, the moon at the other. The moon was bathing the sky around it in a silver glow, the first warriors of Starclan showing up around it. The sun was on the other, illuminating it with fiery glory and for some reason they were the same size and the dusk in between them was beutiful too, streaked with purple and blue and pink and orange and indigo. And she was sitting there watching it when she noticed saplings, growing all around her, their growth impended by rocks. Frowning, she moved the rocks away, and the saplings grew. They didn't stop. They grew and grew and grew and grew. They grew into huge trees, into a wall of wood, blocking the sky behind them. Frightened, she turned around and saw sillhuetes of cats. Cats fighting, killing. Cats sneaking and sulking and lying and capturing. She turned back, just as woody thorns sprouted from the wall, coming for her. She ran, ran towards the cats. As she got closer, the sillhuetes smudged and blurred together, turning into a huge black abyss as the thorns caught up to her, scratching her and drawing blood. The thorns turned into claws again, still pushing her towards the abyss. The same eyes flashed, and, the instant before she was shoved into the abyss, time seemed to freeze. For just an instant, she caught the words, "The wind will meet its fate at the time of the eclipse of the moon. Dark lies will be born of oak. The fate of moon, sun, and dusk approaches." And then she was pushed into the darkness of the abyss and it blotted out the stars. Then she had woken up. But she couldn't remember what kind of wood it had been, or which cats she had seen, or what the eyes had looked like.

Windkit~

"Ouch Lilykit, gerroff!" Shadekit squeaks as they tumble over in a heap, stirring up a cloud of dust outside the nursery. Lilykit squeals in delight. "I win!" "Okay, and now you need to come in and have a nap, kits," calls Ravenheart from her nest.

"Not fair!" Lilykit wheedles. "We have resting every day." "Exactly. Now come inside." Ravenheart says calmly, with her whiskers twitching slightly. "But Tigerkit and Featherkit and Maplekit and Graykit and Pinekit don't have to do all this stupid resting stuff!" Lilykit whines. "They're close to apprenticeship. Now please come in and settle down." Ravenheart sighs. "Okay," mutters Shadekit.

Reluctantly, my littermates plod into the nursery and flop into the nest beside me. "I just wanna be a warrior already." Lilykit grumbles huffily. "We'll get there soon enough," I mumble, and close my eyes.~
