Chatterbox: Inkwell

StarsPicture

Stars

Picture this

A vast dark night sky

Thousands of Stars spread across the night sky like splattered paint,

All mostly identical

Until one day a star is born

A pinpirck of light in the dark night,

Tiny among the others

Light bends,

Colors exploded,

And then the small light bulges

Contracts,

Expands,

Until it is done being born,

But it comes out wrong,

Damaged on the inside,

Strange on the inside,

Awkard on the outside,

Differnt.

It tries so hard to be like the others,

But they call the star names,

teases him,

And the star tries so hard to be normal,

but it cannot,

When no-one will let it,

So it becames smaller,

Fading,

Fading,

Until no-one even says hi,

Left forgotten
