I stand infront of the school dorms and sigh, I open my panflit, which immediatly says

'Hello, Rowen welcoe to AE Boarding school'

I take a pencil and look at the classes: 

Science 

Math

Creative Writing

Art 

History

Nature

Advanced Parkour

Swiming

Shapeshifting 

Advanced Blacksmmithing

 Please choose 5 classes.

I choose 'Advanced Blacksmmithing, Science, Math, Creative Writing and Advanced Parkour.' Sure, why not! I look at the list, "Too bad, I came late, they alrady know each other, I bet." I murmer, "Mantyx, Seren, Lexi. Didn't expect Mantyx ,I honestly thought Darkking would have been kicked." I made my way to my dorm. I opened the door I see one girl sitting on a bed, I se a three beds, "Hm," I look up to the ceeling and see a bed, more like a hammoc, suspended on  small platform. The girl followed my stare. "That's my stop!" I unfold my wings and dump my bags ( one dark blue duffel, one evergreen backpack) on the bed and turn to fly down when I see the girl's wide-eyed stare. My smile turned to a grin, eyes sparkling, I stare back, "The name is Raven, sorry, I signed up late."

I look at the letter that was pushed into my hand the seccond I got throught the door.

On weekdays, you will have normal classes along with some more...specialized ones such as Pie Throwing, taught by whoever wants to teach it. Every Sunday, there will be a party. For the sake of ships, you can bring a partner, or just hang out with friends.

"No complaints here bud" I mutter as I roll my suitcases to my shared room. The first thing I notice about the place is that there are 3 beds on the floor and one hammoc bed thing. I claim the bed closest to the wall and put my suitcases down along with my giant backpack filled with books. As I put it down the books spill out of my backpack, earning me some quizical looks from my roommates."I like to read, so sue me." Then I hear a laugh that I know all too well from the hammoc bed. "Oh no."

"Oh yes." I had hoped that they ment a different Rowan when I read my letter. Luck is just not on my side today.

"Are you still a jerk?" I question.

"Are you still annoying?" he comments, yup he hasn't changed one bit.

I missed him and his stubborn attitude. He's hilarious, I still don't understand your deep loathing for him. The last one was partially a question, that question was one I did not want to answer right now 

Of course you missed him, you both want to destroy the world just for the kicks.

"That's a definate yes" I say to him as I unpack my books and make a wall of the between me and everyone else's sleeping quarters. As I do that Mordai and I have an argument.

You didn't answer my question.

I don't have to answer to you.

No and I don't particularly care.

Let's not get into this now. 

A boy comes in but I don't recognize him. I look up and follow his gaze. There is a small platform that has a bed/hammock on it. 

"That's my stop!" The boy says. He dumps his bag and unfolds his wings which I didn't notice until now. "The name is Raven, sorry, I signed up late." He says the last part sheepishly.

"I'm Lexi." I respond and fly up to him.

"You can fly too?" He asks

"Yep." I reply

"Awesome!"

I fly back down and keep unpacking. Raven seems nice. Then the door opens again I turn to see who it is and it's another boy who I assume is Mantyx. 

"No complaints her bud." He mutters as he walks in. I give him a quizzical look as he puts down his bag and books spill out the sides. "I like to read so sue me." He has a short temper. I hear Raven laugh from his hammok.  "Oh no."

"Oh yes"

'Are you still a jerk?"

"Are you still anoying?"

I sigh. These boys do not like each other at all. I wonder why. This will be a tough school if they can't get along. I hope Seren shows up soon. I do not want to be stuck with two boys for a while. I finish unpacking and then fly around the room to get some exercise. Mantyx gives me a quizzical look but I ignore him. I levatate and decide to make some icebreackers. 

"So what are your guyses classes? Mine are Advanced Parkour, Science, Creative Writing, Math, and Pie Throwing."

"I have Advanced Blacksmithing, Science, Math, Creative Writing, and Advanced Parkour." Raven replies.

"Awesome We are in four classes together!"  I say. "What about you Mantyx?"

"I uh have Science, Art, Advanced Parkour, History, and Nature." He responds.

"We have Advanced Parkour and Science together." I say. "And i mean all of us."

"Cool." Raven says. Mantyx glares at him. He sticks his tongue out back. Are they competing for me? I hope not but if they are I hope they don't do anything too bad to each other. I look in my bag and see another paper. It's my schedule. 

"Classes start tomorrow. First period I have Math, then Creative Writing, then Science, then Piethrowing and then Advanced Parkour."

"I have Math, then Creative Writing, then Science, then Advanced Blacksmithing, and finally, Advanced Parkour."

"I have History then Nature, then Science, then Art, and finally Advanced Parkour."

I look around the room and notice that Mantyx is building a wall with his books and looks like he is arguing with himself. 

"Mantyx?" I ask "Are you ok?"

"Yea I'm-"

"He has a demon in his head." Raven says and cuts him off. 

I stare at Mantyx. He glares at Raven and Raven smirks back at Mantyx. 

"Really?" I ask

Mantyx sighs. "Yes."

I stare my mouth dropped open.

"Well that explains some things..." I say. I look around and am glad that my bed is not next to him. Things got a little awkward and I just fly around the room and look out the window.   

Shadow~~

I slip through the shadows in the halls of the school, spying on the various AEs that are inside the walls. I'm rather bored. All this talk about school and saying hi and walking around are BORING! LET'S GET EXITING! I start shooting chickens at all the AEs I see. Not only in the halls but in their rooms as well.

Let's see how they deal with that! 

Raven

I scream in terror as a chicken flys through the room and lands on my face. I pick it up and look at it, it is a light blue hen. " Well, well, well. Looks like I have bretherin here." I tuck the chicken under my arm and fly up to my bunk. " Your name shall be navy." I say, immediatly falling in love with the derpy animal as it leans to the side and falls over. I smile. 

" AWWW HAS LITTLE ANGRY HIGHLORD MADE A FRIENDY???!!!" Mantyx shouts at me.

" FIGHT ME, DORK!" I screech as I chuck an iron ingot at his head. It lodges into the bedframe 

" Boys..." Lexi murmers. 

I feel heat rush to my cheeks as I turn to face Navy. She had taken the extra pillow from my bag and made herself a home on one of the two nightstands. I took some seefs and water out of my bag and place it on the display shelf off to the right of the 'bedside table'. Do i like her, NOPE SIGN ME OUT! NOT TODAY CUPID! I scream internally and flu over to where lexi stood looking out the window, I look out too and watch the other AEs wander around campus.

I walk in, wondering what the other AEs will be like. Who will live with me? What will they be like? What classes will I take? Which-- A hooded figure passes me a small pamphlet. She reminds me Shy Peacock when she's embarassed- you can only see her eyes peeking out from under the hood. The pamphlet reads:

Welcome Celeste! Madam Mysterious extends their warmest welcomes. Hope you enjoy your time here! Your group is:

You will live in dorm one.

I walk over to the door marked Dorm One, and walk in. There is a lounge section with beanbags and armchairs, and slightly beyond it are four rooms. Two other AEs hover on the threshold of their rooms, chatting and giggling. I don't know either of them because I'm new, but I can't wait to get to know everyone. I immeadiately know which room is mine. The walls are plastered with posters, most of them with inspiring quotes, and most of the quotes are from songs. I drop my bag next to the bed and go to read the reast of my pamphlet with my roommates.

Hmm. Nature seems good. I wish there was chorus, but oh well. I also circle creative writing and cooking, because they sound fun. I know I'd fail art, parkour, and shapeshifting. I decide on history and science.

I tell my roommates, and I have history with Pzun, creative writing with Kiki, and science with both of them. I start to unpack, and we continue to chat. "I wish I could do Pie Throwing," I tell them, "But we could only pick five classes!" 

I cry out as another chicken is flung at my face, this time it screeches and claws at me instaid of curling into a ball on the floor. I run from it as it's attacking me, raven starts laughing hystaricly untill another group of chickens is shot into our room and we are panicing.

"Whatishappening!" I screech

"Idontknow!" He yells back as I chuck the chickens out of the window. When I reach the angry one Mordai inputs his opinion.

"I like this one, we're keeping it." I mutter my objections but I pick it up. It immefietly tries to attack me so I trap it in my suitcasee just as Lexi walks in.

"What happened?" She questions as I feel my face heat up.

"Nothing!" I yelp as Mordai says"Everything." When she just stares at me I know that she spotted the fangs that grow when Mordai talks and I quietly sit crosslegged on the floor and cacoon myself in darkness to have a conversation with him. I ignore the cries of alarm from Lexi as I venture into the dark room that is Mordai's chosen meetingplace.

"Why did you atgue with me in front of her?" I say as I rub my temples trying to soothe a headache.

"For the reccord I like her too." 

"Shutup." I mutter as I continue to attempt to soothe my ever worsening headache. Then I look up at Mordai's smiling face. "WHat are you doing to me?"

"I have no clue what you mean my dear Mantyx" he states as he smirks at me. 

"You want something from me don't you?"

"Why yes I do, I would like to 'stretch my legs' if you catch my drift"

"Fine but only at night and not out of the room, also please only talk to Raven in his dreams. I want to sleep tonight." 

"Consider it done." he states as the shadows disperso from around me and I flop onto my back while staring at the cealing.

Mordai is  a jerk who puts random people through their worst nightmares and he feeds off their fear. He can also visit people in their dreams, he just wants top talk to raven in private though.

Maki-

While Kiki acts like Kiki, I inspect the form given to me. I asked the girl if I could possibly not socialize with a bunch of idiots. She said no.

For my classes, I pick Shapeshifting,Math,Nature,Art and History and plug my earbuds in.

Once in my room, it is clear which bed is mine. It is black and blue, with several pillows covering it. Let's see how this goes...

Sorry I am writing on my iPad soooooooo that sucks

My previous post was cut short, thank goodness for copy and paste, I was afraid I would have to retype!

Raven

" U-uh I am going to turn in early for the night." I stutter, flying up to my bunk, grabbing dark grey pjs, the shirt saying "The last time you I listened to my brother, I splattered as a goldfish on a rock." (Critical Role, anyone?)

This earned me a look of confusion from Lexi and before I could respond, Mantyx says, " I am suprisee you don't sleep shirtless, it should be a wing thing.

"You actually put your pride down for once! Wow." I say sarcastically as I enter the bathroom and change, coming out and flying up to my bunk, without another word, I disappear under the gray covers. Almost instantly falling asleep...

I wake up, covered in black tar, my wings sticking to it, as I try to free myself. 'Shoot, not again!' I struggle, as I am lifted off of the ground and put on a lab table, the handcuffs on my wrist, digging into my skin as I feel needles being stuck into me. A gunshot. Suddenly I am standing in front of my family, holding a gun at a man with a knife, suddenly I feel the cool nozzle of a gun in my back. Blinding pain. The hospital. White walls around me, as I am wheeled into a surgical room, where they use me as their personal pincushion. I watch helplessly as a past me takes my place, and I am frozen in place, as I watch him tear apart a doctor. Suddenly I am me again, not even looking at the man I had murdered, just Yelling at  my brother to 'RUN!'

I wake up, the sweat on my palms, feeling too much like blood on my hands. I look at the clock, and see that it is 1:00 am. I bury my face in my hands, feeling like I am just sitting in my little corner of nowhere, where no one could find me.
