Chatterbox: Inkwell

She sighed, running her hands through her growing hair.  She was deciding to grow some of it out, and was just waiting for it to be the right length.  She stared at her computer screen, feeling ashamed at how absent she'd been online.

She wasn't busy, nor was she having problems.  She was just . . . a ghost.  She was around, reading threads and comments, but was otherwise unnoticed.  She posted sometimes, but not very much.  It was almost as if she was trying to go away, which she wasn't.

She wondered if anyone would ever notice that she was posting less.  She knew she wasn't posting as much as she used to.  Other people got noticed if they started posting less, she would surely be recognized at some point.

Right?

Sighing, she lifted her fingers to the keyboard, and started writing.

Okay this short post is an apology for posting less.  Like I've said, I don't really know why I'm posting less, but yeah.  Don't expect too much from me for a while.
