Can't say - I'm not much of an artist. They sound messy, though. :P That's about all the opinion I can offer.

I have to say that I like them. Well, I don't HAVE to say that, I could say that I don't like them, but that wouldn't be the truth. Anyways, I like them because you can blend the colors together and make it look a lot more real. I think they're REALLY COOL!

I don't use oil pastels much. They do smudge something awful, although Quinn seems to like them. Personally I prefer watercolours and/or colored pencils. I've dabbled a little in oil paints and I'm also a fan of ink. I love drawing in ink. It's so pretty.

Oh, dunno if this counts but I recently downloaded an app for my iPod that lets you direct streaks of colour and take pictures of it... It sounds pretty meh but you can make really cool abstracty looking pictures. And it's bizarrely entertaining.

Also recently I've been going through a Fireworks 8 craze, and I'm thinking that I'm gonna need a much better photo editor. Soon. If I don't get photoshop I think I'll get my new Mac with Aperture 2 preinstalled. Photo editing is so much fun. I loves.

Anyway. I sketch a lot. And doodle. Any one else?

Do you mean that one with the black background and the colours keep changing? I think it's called SpawnLight, am I correct? I've got that!

Yes! That one, except I've got the full version so I can control all sorts of fun stuff like colour and zoom speed.

I love to draw!  I use color pencils mostly.  Haven't done a lot of pastels though.

Hi, I am new to the group, and when i saw your thread about art, it inspired me to start chatting with other people!  I think oil pastels are one of the coolest things to make crazy pictures out of.  You never know what it is going to look like, but ir you don't like it you can always smear it, and make something new!
