Chatterbox: Inkwell

Unexpected Guest

Unexpected Guest RP Story

Sammy was just trying to enjoy her library, reading old and new Cricket Mag stories in her Inkwell mansion.

In the real world, you and other Cricket Mag authors stumble across each other, only to be pulled into a mysterious portal! Unconscious on the floor of the Sammy's library, what will happen!?

In another part of the Inkwell universe, a couple of OCs find out about there writers misfortune. Will they sit there and do nothing? Or go seek out the help of Sojo?

Or: You and other Cricket Mag authors get teleported to Sammy's (my) Mansion in the Inkwell and eventually meet your OCs who are trying to help you get out. It's chaos, but beautiful chaos.

"Too late, the AEs have already found you."

Shadow smiles as Sammy jumps in surprise, having taken over her shadow for a little bit. Moonfrost crosses her arms and glares at Shadow,

"You do relieze that you're in big trouble, right?" Moonfrost snaps.

"Whatever." Shadow grunts, white picking her fingernails. "It's been forever since we've come to the CB for so long and I appreicate being off my tether."

Sammy, Nike, and Kitten are looking a little confused, even more so when Rosemary comes charing out of the cafe.

"Oh right." Moonfrost mumbles. "These are my AEs, Shadow and Rosemary."

"It's nice to meet you all." Rosemary whispers.

Moonfrost grins and pats Rosemary on the back.

"Please don't mind Rosemary, she's a little shy."

~~~~~~
*Rosemary was added to your team! She can help with research as well as first aid with her Nuse ability*
(This is, if you don't know, a reference to Paper Mario, my all time favorite game. Started replaying it for, like... the fith time.)
Name: Rosemary
Age: she looks to be fifteen
Appearance: The same size as me, she has long, straight brown hair. She has green eyes with freckles across her nose. She has a librarian's pair of glasses, complete with a chain to keep around her neck.
Personality: Very shy at first, quiet. She loves to read and take care of people, quite the "mom" of the group. She is very realistic and has troubles getting jokes. Quite serious and tends to avoid dangerous situatinos. She does have a bit of a temper, though only Shadow can bring it out of her.
~~~~~~

"WFNUU!!" Holly says.

"What about me?" she's asking.

Holly, you know you're too small and sweet to be going on dangerous missions like this! You'll have to stay at home, sorry.

A/N: Sorry it's late! I hope this isn't dead...

My POV:

"Great! Now it's time to ask Lada how to get out." I stated, striding into the cafe.

"Sammy! How are you?" Lada greeted, as calm and happy as ever.

"I'm supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!" I replied, sitting down in a chair.

"Even though the sound of it is something quite atrocious." One of the girls muttered behind me.

"Who are they?" Lada asked, tilting her head, her left ear twitching.

"Well you see..." I began.

••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••

"Oh! That's quiet the debacle."

"Exactly! So do you know how to get them out?" I inquired, earnestly.

Lara's head drooped the slightest bit.

"No... I'm afraid not."

The authors and AE's let out a disappointed noise.

Suddenly, Lada's eyes lit up.

"I know someone who does though!" She exclaimed, "We have to look for Sojokeeynis!"

Shadow snickered, "Who is that."

Moonfrost elbowed her.

"He's my friend! But he lives all the way in Featherquill." Lada continued, oblivious to Shadow's attitude. "I'm sure he'd help! Oh- Wait a minute!"

Lada disappeared into the back room, then emerged with a map.

"Here!" She said as she spread it out on a table.

The group studied the map for a while.

"That's on the other side of the Inkwell." Nite Skiies pointed out.

"Well, he thought his home here in Bookend was too boring." Lada said, shaking her head. "He never liked the peace and quiet."

"So we just have to travel there?" Emekittycon Kitten said, "That can't be too hard!"

I frowned.

"Yes, but the Inkwell is full of monsters." I declared, "It's impossible to avoid all of them while traveling to Featherquill."

"M-Monsters?" Rosemary asked, with a quivering voice.

"What do you mean?" Moonfrost inquired nervously.

"There are many different types of monsters in the Inkwell. They're extra ink that was unused in a story, that became sentient." I answered, "They tend to travel in groups, corrupting stories everywhere.

But there's not time for worrying. We need to get you guys home! So, who's the navigator?"
