Sure! Maybe you could submit it part by part, instead of all at once.

(Iffy says "ackay." It sounds like "okay." :D)

Prologue:

I dashed across the field. The smell of spring drafted across the plain. Something stirred in the distance. It was a good day for hunting. As I began to sniff the air for any signs of pay, I noticed something in the sky; it was glowing and moving-fast.

“It’s nothing,” I said to myself. Because it was. I moved across the field swiftly. Dodging the rock and jumping over the fallen logs. Then the ground shook and there was a big bang. I looked up and saw that the big mountain (that always looked down at everything) started erupting

“Oh no” I said “this can not be happening” the only thing I could think, was RUN. So I ran and ran and ran. But then it started raining rocks. One hit the ground in front of me, and the ground sizzled.

“Ah!” I screamed in surprise. If that hit me I would brun! Now I started running really fast. Find shelter, find shelter, find shelter, find shelter! My mind was racing! So I went to the nearest tree; and I didn’t see that there was someone already under it. I quickly hid under it; then I saw that there was a sub-adult Tyrannosaurus

“Ummm. So I am guessing that you're not going to eat me?” It just stared at me

“For a special occasion?” Then I thought it probably didn’t understand me. No. I learned that dinosaurs understand each other.

“This is very awkward.” I mean I was just stating the facts

“Hmmm I wonder if this temporary mishap is done, haha, umm” I turned around. But then I got this feeling, like it wet on my tail. I look over my shoulder. Blood. There was blood on my tail and the tyrannosaurus was looking at me. I knew it was the tyrannosaurus. But I mean I am ¼ the size of it and you know who would win… I mean I couldn’t. But it’s worth a try; or is it? I looked back outside the tree. I know that if I go (it’s a sad thought) I would die anyway.

“Whatever” I said to myself

“And you’re getting your revenge!” I pointed at the tyrannosaurus. Before I could think I got into full rage mode and charged towards it. But before I could the tyrannosaurus slammed into me. Well you probably knew what came next…

I went flying.

Now, I didn’t think of that, I mean I did think; because of that whole ‘raptors are the smartest dinosaur’ thing. Well you know who was the smartest dinosaur in this situation. Then I thought that the tyrannosaurus wouldn’t get the revenge that it deserved.

When I hit the ground it felt as though all of the bons in my body broke and that didn’t feel well. To make it worse I saw one of those hot rocks coming right towards me. Now there was no escaping. I closed my eyes because I didn’t even want to see what came next now that I wasn’t under that tree. Actually even if I was under the tree I would close my eyes. Well, I felt really hot and when I say really hot I mean really hot. I opened my eyes and saw my crimson feathers burn like they were the most flammable thing on the planet. And now I felt tears come down from my eyes…

Hey Peregrine Falcon!

This is awesome!! When I was very little, I wrote a story like this. It had to do with some quicksand and saving a kitten and going to rockland...

I probably plagarized the book Holes when I wrote something in it....
