ZNZ and Meadow! OK, ZNZ, what do you want to write about? Fantasy? Sci-fi? Mystery? realistic fiction? No romance, please, I don't like writing about romance. Any plot idea's? I think that the story should be in a different world so that we can be more flexible. OK, when you see this you can post some of your idea's! Bye!

Hi, Meadow! OK, I was thinking fantasy, another world is fine. No, I don't like writing romance either. I don't really have any specific plot ideas. We could do dragons, maybe. I like dragons. A lot of my stories are set in a kind of Enchanted Forest. We could do that. What do you think? I have to go now, but put up any ideas you have, ok?

I made up a plotish type thing today! It's not very fantasyish, though. I'll type it dowwn for you.
Someone in his early childhood got kidnapped. He knows that she kidnapped him because he has vivid memories of her grabbing him from his swing when he was outside in his yard alone. She treats him like a son, tells him, that he is her son. He does not believe her, and when he's old enough, runs away.
He then meets a girl in a park a few days after he runs away. She comes there every day, and every day he is there. So after a while she asks him where his parents are, and he says he ran away. So the girl convinces her parents to take him in and give him a home. She convinced them by telling them that she got adopted also, and that he would not like to live in an orphanage like she did.
After living there for a few weeks and being like a family member himself, they decide to adopt him. And they do. All he knew is his first name, what his napper called him, so they gave him a middle name and their lasst name.
Then the girl makes him tell him about his life, and she makes him tell their parents also. So then they get involved with the police. They throw the kidnapper in jail and question her about the boy's parents. He finds out that they are dead.
And then, after the kidnapper has gotten out of jail, she somehow finds him, kidnaps him again, and tells him that she really is his mother. He doesn't believe her, so they get a DNA test to see. She is his mother! His father stole him from her after he was born and then got married to another woman. She says his father was a very cruel person, so she stole him back.
She also reveals another secret. She had a daughter, also! But she could not sustain herself and her two children. So she put her daughter in an orphanage. And her daughter was the same age as his adopted sister! In the same orphanage.
He did moro research and found that his adopted sister wasn't his adopted sister at all! She was his half-sister!
And then it ends.
OK, that was just a plot idea. We should come up with a few before we decide on one! Hopefull this will bump this to the top!

I am here - sorry I haven't posted. About your plotish-type-thing - it isn't very fantasyish, and it sounds kind of confusing. I'm afraid I don't have any ideas of any kind, though, so who am I to talk? I dunno...maybe we should come up with a couple characters first? Can't think of anything. Will post any ideas I get...

Yeah, my plot thing is sort of confusing. I like the idea's of dragons. Or maybe we could make up a new creature and it's race is trying to take over the world. then there are magic spell-making people that also want to take over the world. The people in that land don't want either of those people to take it over they just want a democracy instead of a dictatorship. Then while the two army's who want to take over the world fight each other the people living in the land build a strong army of their own. It gets stronger and stronger, even stronger than the two armies put together. One of the sides wins, and when they are comfortable and relaxed because they think that the war is over, they get attacked by the people and then the people take over the world and everyone is happy. Except the other sides. But there are barely any of the other sides left, and all of them are wounded and the people are letting them be happy. asnd then everyone is happy!
But, if we wanted a twist, the person ruling could become greedy and make everybody else miserable, and then it won't be happily ever after. Only for the ruler.
We could leave at that, or we could have all the people escape to a different land where they can be happy.
OK, yeah, bad idea, but I just sort of came up with them now. :D I like dragons. And elves. And magical enchanted forest tings.

I like dragons and elves and enchanted forests too. :D How about...I dunno...no, wait, how about there's a group of people that live on top of the sky, but holes are breaking in it, so they are falling through and causing trouble on earth, and they need to be brought back up so the sky can be fixed. Maybe some of them don't want to go and get angry.
Yeah, that's a pretty bad idea, but at least it's an idea. And I wanted to let you know I am still here and haven't floated away. Yet.

That's a great idea, ZNZ (in my opinion; you may not agree with me :D)! Maybe the people that live on the top of the sky and fell through found way to make artificial sky from something that's only found on earth. B"ut the people on earth won't let them have any of that substance and that's part of the reason why people are angry. And the people who don't want to leave want to stay to fight the people on earth for it and then move back up to the sky.
Maybe Earth could be called something different? And the sky cuold be called something else other than sky?
OK, um, sorry if you don't like my idea that came from your idea. :D I just get a spark of an idea in my mind and without even thinking about it I just type my idea down.
The anti-spam guy just gave me an idea! He says 'panw' and I thought pawn! maybe our main character can have a bunch of pawns that he or she controls with this little nick nack that s/he has. And then the pawns can somehow brake free and hate teh main character. And whatever mission the main characters have, the pawns can try to make it harder for the character to finish the mission. Pawns as in controled people, or zombies. And the person who controls the pawns doesn't need to be the main character...
Sorry if that last paragraph did not make sense. Sometimes I don't make any sense at all. maybe that's because i don't try to make sense sometime, though... But this time I was trying to make sense. And sorry if this didn't make sense. Sorry if none of this post makes sense.

That sounds good! I think that could definitely work, if that's what you want to do. What do you think?
Pawn = also very good. Or maybe it could be pawn as in chess piece, and a game of chess will determine the fate of all the characters. I play chess, but if you don't it's ok. Just an idea.

If you would like to do the sky idea than I want to do the sky idea! if you don't want to, then we should come up with something that both of us want to do!
I do play chess, and I love it! Maybe - if we're doing the chess thing - there can be a giant chess board and the people have a bet/oath that they have to follow once the game has ended and someone won. Maybe each place on the board could be a desert or rain forest or something. or people could shrink down and get on a chessboard that's a normal size.
If we are doing the sky idea and the chess idea together, than if the sky people win, then the earth people have to give that sky-like substance to the sky people. And if the earth people win... um, we can think about that more if we're going to do that idea. m :D
Hope you like my ideas. if yo don't then tell me; my felings will NOT get hurt. At all. So, tell some of your ideas if you have any!

That sounds good! If the earthlings (may I call you Earthling?) win...um...maybe there's some really valuable thing the skylings have that earthlings don't? Or we could just do the chess. If so, I like your idea of having the squares be deserts or rainforests -- very cool. So we just need to decide: sky, chess, or both?

I wonder what the Skylings have? Clear water from the clouds sparkling like a diamond that makes you happy and healthy? Some rare stash of precious crystals found only on the highest places? We can think about that longer...
If we're going to do the giant landscape chess set, then I think that we should figure out how big the squares should be. If they were just three yards by three yards, then I think that would be a small place to be a desert or rain forest or glade or brook or whatever the square happens to be. But if it was three miles by three miles, that would be to big. Maybe it should be 27 yards by 27 yards?
We also have to figure out where the giant chess set came from, and how you know when you pass into another square. I haven't got any ideas on that yet...

H'm. I think the sky-crystals are a good idea. That could work. Of course, so could cloud-water -- maybe on earth they are suffering from drought? It could be that the Skylings are keeping the rain from falling, because the Earthlings won't give them the sky-like substance.
About the chess board -- I was wondering the same thing. I think that the easiest thing to do is to have a normal chessboard that the players can shrink to the size of, like you said at first.

I like your idea of the drought. There could also be some sort of flying creature, also, that they want. It could be a water dragon, maybe. That breathes out water, like fire dragons breath out fire.
Yes, shrinking. We could stil have rain forests, though. It would be miniature rainforests! A family from the sky or earth could have something that shrank them. And another family could have a small rainforest/desert chess board. And they would have to use both of those to have a chess board war! And the chess board and shrinkinator (heh heh. That sounds funny when you say it out loud) thing would be worth a lot of money so they would have to belong to rich people. maybe the rulers...
OK, characters. Who should the main character be, a Skyling, an Earthling? And is the character a boy or a girl? Maybe there can be two! Each living in the different civilizations! They can be brother and sister parted in birth! That sounds really cheezy doesn't it??! If you like the idea I would be happy to do it...

Shrinkinator! Shrinkinator! (Ooh, it does sound funny!) I'm liking the shrinking idea more the more I think about it. And we could have people that stay big and tell the pieces where to go...but how would they do that? Maybe by telepathy, or just mind control. What do you think?
Characters! I think a Skyling girl, but I dunno. Maybe we could make up two different characters and then each of us could write from the POV of one of them. Let me know what you think.

I like your idea of each of us making up a character and writing in their point of view. You can do a Skyling girl, and I can do an earthling boy! I have a perfect name for him! Soldune (sole-doon)! I made that name when I was half asleep! It doesn't sound as good as it did then!
I think mind control. That sounds cool. And it only works because the
people are so small!
So, who wants to start first? If you want to start first, than you may. if you want me to start first, than I shall. i'm perfectly fine with any one to start first.
