Favorite words! What

Favorite words! What are your favorite words? I keep a list. It's very long, so I'll just post part of it.

somnambulate

doppelgänger

didgeridoo

sesquipedalian

And, of course, antidisestablishmentarianist. An antidisestablishmentarianist is a person who is against the people who are against the king. Very useful word, huh? So, anyway, what are your favorites?

boisterous

serendipitous

laughingly

hopping

bouncy

ricochet

Those are some of my favorite words. I also like the words nifty and slick. Unfortunately, not many people in the present era use or understand good, English words. It's very sad...Frown

magenta

dimpled

precocious

lovely

archipelago

creamy

frill

satin

willowy

petite

slender

glimmer

and... dabble.

I like these words because of what they make me think of, not because of how they sound. Though, most of them sound perfect too. I love words, and the endless possibilities within them. Some words have absolute souls.  It's crazy to think of the things you can conjure using only words.... Too sappy? Well, it's true, anyway. So there.
