When the moon rises above the mist that dangles around in the trees, I walk slowly to the riverbed. The clear water trickles as I make a tally on a stone board. "What is this, my 556th visit?" I mumble to the fog. I've done this so many times, it feels like deja vu. 

I catch a glimpse of The Tower from where I am. A figure stands in the light. It must be Risha, I think. Nobody else loves Night Patrol as much as her. When I reach the creaky porch, she smiles, but with worrisome eyebrows. "Everyone has been waiting on you, Kaile," Risha calls. "I doubt you want to be Shattered!" My hand goes to my mouth, and I race inside. 

You see, I didn't want to work here. I was Chosen.

(I'll leave it to you guys to decide what Chosen and Shattered mean.)

A harsh wind blows inside, as Kaile runs in, knocking down my tower of cards. My long hazel-coloured hair whips my face.

 "Can you please close the door?" I call, irrately, to Risha. Quickly, my hair settles down, resting on my shoulders. There is a thump as someone plops down in the seat beside me.

No, because this is an RRR, not an RP. In an RP, everyone has a charrie to write about, that they own and that they alone can control. In RRR, people take turns writing the same story, typically about the same charrie, and there are no restricts about what you can and cannot do. All clear?

I have never tried to hide my distaste of Kaile. Maybe that's because she was Chosen. Maybe it's because I had to undergo countless tests of pain and humililty to get here. But that was no matter. I had plans, plans that would destroy her and her allies. Plans that would bring me to power and restore my family name. It was foolproof. Unless the Shadow showed up.

Hey, aren't there a few novels where each chapter is from a different point of view?  YOu could do that with this RRR.
