Hello All Buggy posters! There aren't enough stories I see on here, so I'm starting one. Here's my profile:

So wait, two questions:
1. is this set in the real world? Telling by the clothes, probably it is, but just checking. :)
2. What different species' are allowed? Obviously sorcerers/sorceresses are good, but technically they're just humans with magical abilities. What non-human species are we alowwed to be in this RP?
Wait, third question (sorry!) is this an RP or RR?
I'll make my charrie later. :)
And please if it's not too much trouble could you answer my questions, that would make it easier to make a charrie. :)

@Alex: RP's are roleplays; everyone makes up their own character and all the characters meet and you have a fun time writing a story with everybody. :)
RR's are round robins, there's one character and everyone takes turns writing from that one character's point of view and you have a fun time writing a story with everybody.
And I have gone on the Character lounge. :)
So by the way you put your first post, "here's my profile" I think you meant it to be more of an RP, right? If not, tell me. But if it is an RP, then here's my charrie.
Name: Lexa
Age: 13
Species: human sorceress
Appearance: straight black hair that goes to the middle of her back, blue (almost purple) eyes, fair but tanned skin.
Personality: not very talkative, but will speak up if necessary. not shy, just observant. prefers listening to what others have to say then acting on that.
Clothes: Always keeps her hair in a braid; black skinny jeans; matching denim jacket which she wears over a red T-shirt that says "Sweet & Toxic"; (and has a skull on the front surrounded by roses) and black combat boots. (I know, the boots make her seem like she would be a spy or goth, but she just likes wearing them because she thinks they're cool)
Favorite magical power: she loves to create fire on her fingertips and see what colors she can make it and that sort of thing.

Name: Exaniariah (yes, I know, I'm recycling the name) , Riah for short
Age: 16
Species: Shape-shifter
Something about her species: The shape-shifters can not only alter their shape or become another creature, they can partially change others too, along with a deep magic that is kept secret until the child in question turns 17
Appearance: Slightly rubbery-looking sand colored skin, light brown wavy hair, eyes that look brown at first and then turn gold, then green, then blue, then hazel, then brown again, symbolizing she's a shape-shifter. She'll be able to alter this once she is taught shape-shifting magic and the Great Secret at the age of 17,but for now this is her form. However, it's not her true form; all shape-shifters have to find that on their own.
Personality: She will turn 17 in this RP, and when she does, her personality will change slightly with each form she takes on, but she is always very loyal, sometimes too loyal, but short-tempered and very passionate about certain things. She has strong opinions on everything, even some things she doesn't know much about. She has a very good sense of style, being trapped in a human form as she is, and she always coordinates her clothes nicely. Her favorite color is green, which she wears a lot.
Favorite magical power: Talking to cats (she LOVES cats) and getting to know them. Shape-shifters need to understand a creature very well in order to become them, and understand a creature especially well in order to transform it.

/Zelda nerd/ for those of you who don't know, this is the same species as Midna. (and don't start arguing with me about how it's not technically a species. It is cuz I want it to be. Gosh.)
Appearance: Stands about four feet tall. Black-and-white patterned, short fur. Can only be properly seen at night. In the daytime, takes the form of a shadow. Large red eyes. Flaming red hair. Blue symbols on arms.
Powers: Her hair is magic, it can turn into a hand with super strength. She can also summon an energy field to destroy enemies. In dire circumstances, she also has another rarely seen ability. Shhhh.
Good/evil alignment: ?

I'm changing my character's name and this is her first name and her three [yes THREE] middle names. She lives on her own, pretty much, [will explain that more later] so to avoid getting placed in the foster system, she changes her last name every few months. So technically she doesn't have a last name.) Cyanea Sagara Ardea Gaea. Right now her last name is...well, I'll think of one later, nothing comes to mind at the moment. :)

"once known as Lexa", maybe you should use Inkwell as your character's last name. I used it in one of my other posts, but I don't mind if you use the name Inkwell also.

Oh, wait. One more thing. What does "Top!" mean?
It's just a way of getting a thread that's gone to a back page back to the front. The action of posting the comment (whatever it says) moves the thread.

Top means the person wants that thread to go to the top of the list. But any word will work. TNO uses poke.
