I was wondering: what's everyone's favorite movies these days?
I have a lot of favorite movies, but my most favorites are Disney movies and The Sound of Music. Has anyone heard of The Sound of Music? If you haven't, it's such a good movie based on a true story. There is a lot of singing and I think people who appreciate musicals will like it.

My favourite movie is A Birder's Guide to Everything. It's an indie film that I saw at a film festival and it is nerdy and reminds me of An Abundance of Katherines and it is made of awesome.
Also, pre-emptive adoration of TFiOS.
I saw Catching Fire today, I really liked that. Some things were a bit overdone or underdone, but it was still awesome.
Since there are Disney peoples afoot, I like the older ones no one remembers (hardly):
The Sword in the Stone
The Artistocats
Anastasia
The Lady and the Tramp
The Fox and the Hound
Mulan
The Rescuers
Okay, so people still remember Anastasia and Mulan. But not as much as others. I also barely saw the first Rescuers, so maybe I'm thinking mostly of the book, but I would like to see it again, anyway.

I LOVE THE RESCUERS!!! It is so sweet! And I love The Aristocats! Two fantastic movies!
