Chatterbox: Pudding's Place

Movie Game

Movie Game

Pudding's Place has been quite dreary lately, since there are no new posts. I want to try and revive it with a Movie Game I made up.

This game is kind of like the Book Quote Game (see post at Blab about Books) but it is about movies, of course! Here's how it's going to work:

I'll pick one of the following choices: place, character, quote. I post a place, character, or quote (not one of each) from a movie. Don't reveal the movie's name! Then, you'll try to guess. The person who gets it right first will go, and then we'll keep going. If you think place, character, or quote is from a movie that probably nobody might guess, you can provide clues if you want.

Here's my quote from a movie (hint: it's from a song!)

"Let it go, let it go, can't hold it back anymore."

What movie do you think it's from? This movie came out in November.

@ Everinne: Yes! I ADORE Flicka, it's one of my top favorite movies!

Flicka was really good! I read the book first, then saw the film, and although I wish Katy's character had remained male, I preferred the movie. It didn't seem so depressing.

Quote: "Did you think that a garrison on open ground would go undefended? Look at yourself! Who do you think you are?!"

There is going to be a NEW RULE for the Movie Game:

If a week has passed since the last quote was posted and no one either replies to it or guesses it, the person will reveal the answer and another person can take over. That way, maybe the possibility of the thread dying won't be so much of an issue.

"'No more rhymes no , I mean it!'

"Anybody want some peanuts?"

If you can say this movie word for word like me, you are my new best friend.

I'll be your new best friend! Well, figuratively, but you know what I mean. I've seen The Princess Bride like 800 times and I still love it! There should be an RP or something based on The Princess Bride, maybe like writing a Princess Bride 2 following the adventures of Buttercup, Wesley, Fezzik, and Inigo.

Oh my gosh yes! We should totally do that! Maybe in a new comment chain. So, you've seen the movie a billion times, but have you read the book? I have. It's a really funny story with slight differences from the movie.
