And GUESS WHAT!!!!!! Spoiler Alert!

JILL JUST GOT MARRIED!!!!!! Yeah. You read that right. Jill Duggar is no longer Jill Duggar. her name is now Jill Dillard. WOW! She is married to a man named Derick Dillard, and they got married on 6.21.2014. I saw some pictures of the wedding, and she looked beautiful. If anybuggy knows when they are going to air the episode of the wedding, could you let me know? I am so excited!

Yes! I'm so happy for Jill!

And I watched the episode(s) when Josh and Anna left for D.C. with my mom and she cried! I was glad that their house was bigger than their house back in Arkansas so the WHOLE family could come visit more or less comfortably.

I would love to meet them too! But I am worried I would say something stupid and embarrass myself Embarassed

What do you think about their skirts?

My sisters are just about obsessed with them. I, on the other hand, am still not used to talking about these people as if they are characters from a book - picking "favorites" and having facts popping up out of nowhere about them. So while I enjoy the show, I'm not crazy over it.

@ Bibliophobia, I think that while I could live without wearing pants, it would be tough for me. I barely ever wear skirts and dresses on any account, and the last two times I did, they were because I had chigger bites and the skirt was more comfortable. I wore it for three days, and by the second day, Butterfly was almost ready to call the police with a report that I had gone insane. That's how much I don't like skirts.

@Bibliophobia

What do you mean about their skirts? If you mean what do I think about them wearing skirts all of the time, then I don't mind.

Yeah, I want to meet them, but I think I'll dress un-modestly, or say something wrong, or just anything that would make me embarrassed. Embarassed

Where (what city) in Arkansas do they live?

@Butterfly I just meant how they always and only wear long skirts. I would DIE! I hate wearing skirts of any kind, unless they are super comfortable.

OH MY GOSH I DIDN'T KNOW ANYONE ELSE ON HERE WATCHED THIS! I love 19 Kids and Counting! I love them so much. They're a wonderful example to the world, living their lives the way they think they should without worrying what the world tells them they should be. They are a strong light in this world, and I admire them for it.

I hope to read the girls', Jana, Jill, Jessa, and Jinger's book Growing Up Duggar soon. They're excellent role models for girls and women across the world. I admire them and how they use their lives as a ministry.

Oh my gosh, I'm so happy for Jill!!! She looked AMAZING! Her wedding dress was beautiful. I loved how they made it elegant while still keeping it modest. She looked like a princess. She and Derick are so cute together!  I loved their example of courtship, which I strongly believe in. I think they show how sweet, romantic, and rewarding courtship truly is. I can't wait to see the episode where she gets married!!!!

@Blonde Heroines Rule, I have read the book and it is amazing! It is all about relationships, and it is so inspirational! And yes, it is so cool how they live such a God-honoring life without taking people's criticism and absorbing that.

@ Bibliophobia: My mom is currently reading it, so I'm going to read it after her. I look forward to it!

I also really appreciate their ministry on modesty, since that's become a real issue nowadays. I don't always wear skirts, for multiple reasons, mainly being a) I can't find them easily, b) they ain't cheap, and c) I need a bit more function and the ones I can find are too restrictive for my daily life. But they do send out the message that girls and women need to dress modestly for respect not only for themselves, but those around them.

I love that show! I just finished watching a whole marathon of episodes, and guess what? I watched the episode where Jill and Derick got engaged!

I love their huge house, and the little children are so cute! They all get along perfectly, and the older ones help the younger ones. I would love to meet the family one day and see their beautiful house!

I also admire their religious qualities. They pray together and sing songs together as a family to praise the Lord, which is very good!
