Grace Unplugged

I finally saw this movie. It was fantastic. It reminded me of Soul Surfer. I loved that!

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*super hyper fangirl screaming*

FINALLY! Somebody else has seen this! I LOVE this movie! I went to see it with my mom when it came out, and I adored it. She got me it on DVD for Easter. Grace is totally my role model. I can relate to her so much. Wanting to follow her dreams, not sure how to do it. She shows how easily it is to stray away from God in pursuit of your dreams, and how important it is to make sure it's God's will, not your own.

This is one of my top favorite movies, along with God's Not Dead.

I love the song she sings at the end. I got the soundtrack and I've memorized it. And my favorite single artist plays her best friend. I LOVE THIS MOVIE!

I haven't seen it yet, but I really want to. It sounds like a cool idea for a film, since so many these days are...kind of atheistic.

@ S.E. I kept listening to the songs from the movie, though I haven't gotten a chance to buy the soundtrack. But I LOVE the music from it! I loved the song at the end too! It was SO sweet! And didn't you love the epilogue? ;)

@Everinne: You TOTALLY should! It's a really great movie with a moving plot and really great characters. I also STRONGLY recommend God's Not Dead. That movie is utterly fantastic. I went back to the theaters to see it twice, and it broke records in some places. It was the in theaters for at least two months. EVERYONE raved about it. It's got a really incredible plot behind it too.

I chased a million things,

bright lights and empty dreams,

now here I am right where I thought I wanted to be,

But I'll trade it all right now,

leave it all and lay it down,

to get back to where I belong,

Lord all I've ever needed was your love.

@S.E.: And that right there is what makes that song one of the best I've ever heard, and makes Grace an excellent role model for us.
