HAYAO MIYAZAKI!

HAYAO MIYAZAKI!

I have had an obsesion over his films since first grade! I love Spirited Away and Totoro. I also like Howl's Moving Castle, but it can get really romantic (bleh!). What are your favorite films by Miyazaki?

I like Castle in the Sky and Spirited Away and I guess all of them!  Those two are my favorites though; how many have you watched?

All of them, but Spirited Away is my favorite.

MIYAZAKI ROCKS!!! I currently own Howls Moving Castle, Princess Mononoke and My Neighbor Totoro. I've watched but don't own Spirited Away, Kiki's Delivery Service, and Castle in the sky. My fav film is Princess Mononoke, with Spirited Away coming in at a close second. I watch them in Japanese with English subtitles, but the English translation isn't entirely accurate. Once I was watching PM and San asks the boar where Lord Okkoto is. The boar squeals and I guess San understands because she says Arigato! But in the English translation it says good luck my friend. She DID NOT SAY GOOD LUCK MY FRIEND!!! SHE SAID THANK YOU!!!

Fruity says hoop. What?

Ooh! I love his films! My favorites are Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle, Nausicca, and Kik's Delivery Service. Sorry, but I think Princess Mononoke is....disturbing. I don't really like it.

Admins? Have you seen any?

No, I've not seen any of them.

I don't blame you, especially with the scene where Okkoto is demonifying and squealing blood and everything. Also, I have watched Ponyo.

Wait sec...Ponyo. OMG, I think I actually saw that! Doesn't this boy find this special fish that, like, turns human or something? And didn't it have, like, Miley Cyrus's sister or the youngest Jo Bro who wasn't in the band? Or am I totally talking about something different. If I am, I thought it was kind of weird and different. It wasn't my favorite, but that's Japanese stuff for ya.

I reeaaly like Spirited Away, Kiki's Delivery Service, Totoro, and Howl's Moving Castle. Oh, and Secret World of Arriety, too! My lock screen is Gigi and my home screen is Kiki on her broom. Princess Mononoke was really good but kinda violent.

TOTORO! Totally the best animated movie EVER. So adorable. But it's weird, because the first time I watched it, there were different voices and a slightly altered script than when I watched to movie a second time on a different recording. Hmm.

CAPTCHA=goba. That's cute.

I've seen Ponyo, Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle. I don't think I've seen any others.

Ponyo was really great. Completely adorable. And it's really funny because every time we have something with meat in it, either me or my mom will say, "Haaaam!"

I also started to watch The Wind Is Rising, but I couldn't pinpoint the plot.

My Neighbor Totoro and The Secret World of Arietty are pretty good as well.

I love them.

*Runs around cheering*

My favorites are Spirited Away and Princess Mononoke.

I like Howl's Moving Castle but it is kind of romantic, so not as much.

In a sense I love all of them!

Oh, I forgot, From Up on Poppy Hill is awesome.
