Concerts!

So I don't know if this really fits on PP, but I figured the music there is art. Anyway, does anybody plan to go to any concerts? Wish they could go? Want to plan your own? Is already going to one, two, or a billion? Here's where to talk about it!

So since the Taylor Swift concert is in 5 days, I thought I might as well discuss it. If you go, I will be the girl with glasses, brown hair in a tight bun, possibly red lipstick, a Shake it Off T-shirt, a cami, ballet flats, black leggings screaming about cats, and holding a sign with pictures of Olivia that reads "Pas De Chat = Step of the cat OLIVIA". Basically I will be similar to a warming up ballerina from the Shake it Off video.

So go and blab away!

Gordon says hrwk. Yes, I wish too this week was an hour so the concert would get here sooner!

Hmm...

I've never been to a concert before and I don't really want to go to one. Probably the only band I would ever want to see would be Crowded House ... or maybe Modest Mouse. My parents don't like MM 'cause they swear a lot, but... eh.

I also don't like the idea of standing in a huge mass of people while screaming loudly and uselessly like everyone else there. Maybe that's just because I'm the most anti-social being who ever lived, but I bet some other people feel that way too.

And another thing which may or may not be, er, appropriate... We had a Kenny Chesney concert a few days ago and it seems like all people do anymore is go tailgating. If you don't know what that means, look it up. Of course I'm sure none of you have done that, but I feel like there's a lot of people who don't go there for the music, they just go to get drunk in the parking lot. Maybe that's just here, in this city. Maybe it's just certain people and the way they evolved, but I doubt it.

Jeez, how'd this turn into a rant? Sorry if I ended up offending anybody; I'm not trying to say going to concerts is a bad thing, or the people who go there are always bad people, but... sometimes it is, and sometimes they are.

Yeah, I understand that. I guess crowds just aren't your thing. It also depends on the kind of concert or the artist playing. Kenny Chesney is a country artist that drinks and stuff. So his fans want to be like him. I have to say more but I have to go so adious!
