Chatterbox: Pudding's Place

Like SC, I

Like SC, I suppose it is best to say something here that many of you already know.

The CB is a good place. It truly is. My sincerest wish is that all of you may find great happiness in what you do here. I also wish you great happiness for the rest of your lives.

I am learning more about myself. My mind has created many monsters, but ultimately, the greatest monster is myself. Thank you for being friends with me and with Red. It was something very necessary at the time.

What am I up to today, you wonder? I'm a budding programmer and developer of video games. I read comics and novels voraciously. I play video games frequently and chat with my fellow teenaged friends about them. My mind is very ill, and this is a great handicap. I can't work around it, and I can't wallow in self pity or misery. I have to pick it up and work with it. I no longer hallucinate, but I still have a good deal of paranoia, disorganized thinking, unnatural thought processes, and some delusions. That's who I will be.

You guys took me in during one of the hardest parts of my life and shaped me into a better human being. For that, I have each and every one of you to thank. I thank you from the bottom of my heart and wish you well along your life's journey.

Ruby, I'm almost crying. Thanks for being so awesome. I will never, ever forget you. Thanks for shaping this place. Last summer was the best of my life. Because of you! Well, everyone on here. But mostly, you. Thanks for being the first celebrity I've talked to. Because that's where you are in my mind. I hope you become rich and famous. Go be a stand up comedian, own the best ski lodge in the history of ski lodges, a best selling author, the creator of my favorite video game, something that changes the world. I think you've already changed a lot of people's personal worlds. I'm sorry when I annoyed you. I love your excellence. Thanks for changing my life. Goodbye. I understand the reason. Thank you. Have an amazing life.

That's a rather...odd goodbye. He is leaving because he feels his time has come. Goodbye Ruby. We will always remember you as our best storyteller, favorite CBer, and for all the things you've done for us. Your legend shall be told to every new generation of CBers. Have a good, happy life, and never forget that we love you.

Your friend forever and always,

Cayke xxx

By the way, still drop by the Room For Cricket Readers from time to time. xx

Bye, Ruby. I'm going to miss you. A lot. Like, yeah, you're a CB celebrity, and you're awesome and smart and witty, but you also are, I don't know, down to Earth? I can't explain it. But I'm going to miss you. I'll miss you so much.

I know, goodbyes are sad, yet necessary, so I'll make mine short: Goodbye.

You don't know me too well... but you're the legend and the hero of the CB. Thanks for everything, and take care of yourself. I hope we'll get to talk to you soon, but if not, remember that you are an amazing person who has made a big difference to all of us.

Bye, Ruby.

Don't leave! Stay here! CB wouldn't be the same without you! You're awesome, Ruby. I'll be praying for you. Jesus loves you dearly, Rubes, and he'll never leave your side. Please don't forget that. Good luck with your gaming! That's a good career.

P.S. Do you do Camp Nanowrimo or facebook or anything?

Hello there; my name is Savvy. Hello there. I'm 10 years old. Hello, I love reading fantasy. Hello, I could have been your friend. Hello, I don't like saying goodbye. Hello I'm pretty girly. Hey, we should've been best friends. Hi there, I tend to miss out on great friendships. Hi, I hope you remember me. I'm new to cb. Can you show me around before you take off on the road of life? Could you maybe explain what an rp is? Why I didn't ask you all these questions when I first joined? Could you stop being my faraway dream? Could you create some sort of time machine? Because we could have been friends. Hello there. I've made a mistake.

You only came on for a short while while I've been here. That is probably slightly grammatically incorrect. I don't care.

But you have been a legend the entire time I came on. Ruby, T.O.N, and Red, all were legends in their own time as well as the time of all us newbies. I was absolutely thrilled when you joined my stupid ski-lodge-ish  thing, with no nice mystery, or witty comments, all plain action. You could probably make it as a commedian. I could be a commedic actress, because they write the script for you.

Thanks, Ruby, for coming on at all.

Ruby,

We didn't really know each other that well I suppose, at least we've never talked all that much. But I've read all of your posts, laughed at all of your jokes, thought about all of your thought provoking thoughts and will be sad to see you go. As everyone says you are a CB celeberity and a hero. You are one of a kind and I am supremely confident that you will overcome or excel at anything that is thrown at you in life. Thanks for what you've done for the CB and good luck on your own journey and adventures to come.

Ruby,

I'm really awful about writing goodbye letters, so I'll make this quick.

You're such an amazing person, I can't even put it into words. You're funny and smart (I've stayed up for imnumerable nights reading your Ski Lodges) and overall amazing. You say the Chatterbox has made you a better person, but I think it's also the other way around -- you have made the Chatterbox a better place, and in countless ways.

So just remember that no matter what, we will always welcome you with open arms.

Goodbye Ruby, I'm happy to think that I'm part of something that has helped of people:) Lately I've thought of leaving too because my life will soon become very hectic and I won't have time to spare unfortunately. I'm glad to hear that you know pretty much how to handle your problem and seem to be doing better. Have a fantastic life Ruby! Who knows? Maybe you'll meet one of us in the real world some day. ( a girl can hope, all of you guys are the best!) - Forrest ( even though you don't know me well.)
