Summer GameI

Summer Game

I'm not doing any more ski lodges. They were associated with something very, very negative in my life and it's wonderful that that's over. Please, I hope you all can have as much fun with ski lodging as possible. Turn this something negative into something wonderful and positive for you all.

I don't have to do ski lodges anymore, but I do want to make a game this summer. I've been giving it a lot of thought these past few months, and I've got something that's going to be fun.

1. You'll be put in randomized pairs of two.

2. You'll need to solve a challenge every day or so (depending on the times Admins post and the level of difficulty). The challenges may be related to books, or writing, or math, or science, or logic, or codes. Or whatever.

3. If the challenge is completed sucessfully by at least one team of two, you'll earn a clue.

4. If the challenge is not completed by anyone in the time limit, the clue will be discarded and play will continue without that clue.

5. The clues are leading to a mystery. It's your job to figure out the mystery.

6. Nobody is dying over the course of this game.

7. Play continues until all players are removed from play or until the mystery is solved.

If you have an AE that'd you like to enter with, please be advised that I'm not going to count them as a separate person. Instead, they'd be a separate personality you would sometimes revert to.

Please sign up if you'd be interested. I'll give the start date and more details to the players as the date approaches.

Not sure yet- I'm writing challenges and trying to gauge how much time each will take still. It's probably going to start early June (perhaps early July, if need be) and will last for at least a month or two. The challenges will probably run two to three days each.

No wait, never mind, I just realized I won't have chance this summer to devote to this. Can't do it after all.

I'll join, but I'm not bringing Wildflower (I left her in the Bahamas).

Critic A would like me to tell you that she is disappointed that Wildflower is not coming and that they could've discussed Shakespeare.

There's going to be math included, but it's not all math. There's a large variety of things.
