The next challenge for the artists to draw a picture (no theme just draw) and for the writers to write a short story inspired by the picture. Please try to keep the stories under 1,000 words. The deadline for drawings is Thanksgiving (Nov. 24). If you or your partner cannot participate for some reason, Clouded Leopard and The Artist can take the place of a missing artist and Autumn Leaves or Applejaguar can take the place of a missing writer. Have fun y'all!

Do you have any ideas? I can write about anything you draw, but first I need a drawing. Also-- sorry that my story didn't turn out that well last round; I was pressed for time. I'll try to do a better job this time around.

I'm thinking something about reflections and lionesses. Maybe?

Kind of... I've been thinking maybe a giant tree... I'm still in the brainstorming stage right now.

P.S. Cardinal says "bcno". Because no?

I know I'm not in this round, but from my previous experience in this contest-- be careful if you draw a tree. Bark, branches, and leaves are a PAAAAIN, especially with color.

Go ahead with whatever you'd like - I'm sure it'll be great.

Here's my WIP, Daisy! Sorry, I kind of just started drawing without asking you what you wanted to do. If it's not okay, tell me.

It is fantastic! Wow! A boy... and a girl...

(manical laughter)

Do you have any ideas or tips for the story?

Nope! Do whatever you want. And thank you, by the way.

So, Inktail, I have this (unfinished) picture I've been working on of a star that's in a humanlike form.  Could you work with that?  If not, it's fine, just let me know.
