Pheasantwithbooks ~

A young woman stepped out of a grove of trees. The first thing you noticed about was the slightest upturn of her lips, as if planning some mischevious plot. Her hair was a warm, chestnut brown, and had streaks of glinting gold, if the sunlight struck it right. It draped over her right shoulder, and had one of those braids that looked like a crown across her forehead. The color of her eyes were rather hard to tell, but, they seemed a wonderful, human brown, except for the bird-like shape of her eyes. A closed, golden book nested in her arms, with a wren perched on top. A thin, golden chain hung around her neck with the silouhette of a pheasant hanging at the end. A dress, unlike the ones of elves was rendered in a brown, the color of chocolate, and a loose cloak hung from her shoulders.

Crookshanks ~

If you would look into a certain window in the Gryffindor girl's dorm on a rainy night, you would see a second-year girl, tossing around a potion bottle, and sucking on a sugar quill. She would look out the window, and for the first time, you would see her eyes, a shocking green, with locks of bright orange hair framing her face. Only then, you would notice two cat ears, perking up from the thick hair, wavering as if they had a mind of their own. If you looked closer, you would notice she had added quite a few things to her uniform. A dragon necklace, modeling a hungarian horntail looped around, and bits of red embroidery dotted her robes like roses.

Silverwaxwing ~

A thirteen-year old girl stepped out of a crevice in a cliff. She had a good footing, and stepped without fear, even when she fell two yards down onto a narrow ledge. Her raven-black hair swirled in the wind, and she wore a crown, silver, with a piece of crystal at the front, and three crow feathers weaved into it. The inlaced stems formed a pattern that seemed to have no ends. A thin string hung around her neck with a few beads, silver of course, dangling. Her eyes, stormy gray, took in everything like a hawk's. Her eyebrows were slightly slanted, giving you the feeling she was constantly challenging you. She stepped right off the ledge, which had a forty-seven foot drop below. Wings, silver wings, sprouted from her back, and she glided off into the distance.
