Misheard song lyrics!

Misheard song lyrics!

This thread was made by Leafy a while back, but it was just so hilarious that I thought I'd bring it back.

In the song "Shape of You" by Ed Sheeran, where he says "I'm in love with your body" I used to think in was "I'm in love with a tiger" and my sister always says tiger to this day just so we can laugh about it.

There's this song you've all probably heard, and I don't know what it's called, but the refrain goes "Oooh, I'm a rebel just for kicks" and my sister thought it was "I'm a rebel just for Pete's sake" XD XD XD

In the song Salvatore by Lana Del Ray (I don't recommend her), I thought the last line in the refrain was "soft eyes green" instead of "soft ice cream". I think my lyrics are better, honestly.

There's this song that Pentatonix sang for their first Christmas album, I think it's just called Winter Hymn? Anyways, there's this line that, to this day, all I can make out of it is "And Michael UFO".

So, what funny misheard song lyircs would you like to share?

In the song Symphony, I don't know who wrote it, the line goes "a rhapsody for you and me" (No idea what that means) But I always thought it was "a rap city for you and me." Before that I thought it was something else, but my mind basically just made up a new word and I don't know if I could spell it correctly ;)

In the song 22 by Taylor Swift my friend always thought she was singing swimsuit instead of 22

One of the Peter pan songs we can fly, one of the lines sounds like think of batman pooping snakes, but it's actually something about the moon

I kept hearing Delicate by Taylor Swift on the radio for a while, and at first I thought e line "but you can make me a drink was "but you can make me dream".

In the song Hold My Hand by Jess Glynne, there was a line that I kept hearing as, ‘I’m Legolas, there’s no denying’. I looked it up and the lyrics are actually, ‘I’m ready for this, there’s no denying’. Honestly I like my version better.

Wow...I didn't think Taylor Swift's enunciation was that bad, she sings pretty clearly... @Viola? though, I'm pretty sure I heard that too.

The only misheard lyrics I can think of right now are from 5SoS' Young Blood. I didn't actually hear this myself, I understood the lyrics, but I heard about the misheard version and now when I hear the song, all I can think of is this: In the chorus, when it says "Yeah you need it, yeah you need it, all in good time" it sounds quite like "Yeah you need to, yeah you need to, order lasagna".
