Soooo, everyone! After some time thinking about it, I've decided to do this fun thread thing called draw this your style. (I saw it on the Internet) It's pretty simple! Somebody's posted a picturing, and then the other person can draw it digitally or traditionally.
So, I've decided to post the first picture! (It's ugly, but eh) I'll post it when this comment is done (don't comment before that!).

This took me over three hours, but I really like it! Star, the design is absolutely gorgeous! Everyone's drawings look incredible.

First of all, I’m so impressed by all of your guys’ drawings! I had such a difficult time trying to pick a winner and runner-ups. That’s such a trite thing to say, but it’s absolutely true! I sat here at my desk looking at all of them for about ten minutes trying to pick. Without further ado, here are the results…
GRAND PRIZE WINNER: Quill! I love the way you drew her pose and the way you shaded her hair. Her wings are so elegant and precise, too! I’m very impressed. :)
SECOND PLACE: DoodleGirl! I absolutely love the way you drew her expression and her hair. The perspective on her face is just fabulous. You have such a gorgeous style!
THIRD PLACE: Win! I seriously am in love with your lineless style! The sparks you added to the bottom of her dress made it so much brighter, too. I love the way you drew wrinkles on her dress, it looks so natural and I love the contrast.
RUNNER-UPS: (in no particular order)
Leafy! Is it weird to be obsessed with the way someone draws collarbones? Because I think I am. Like seriously, it looks incredible! And the hands and the folds in the sleeves are so gorgeous.
Aqua! I love all the detail you added to the wings with your gel pen! And the way you edited it to make it glow is super epic, too.
HONORARY MENTIONS: (in no particular order)
Doggiegirl2010: It was so creative of you to turn it into a water theme! I love the way the aqua color you chose really stands out against the rest of the colors.
Surroundedbybooks: It’s so cool how you added the staff and the criss-cross arm bands! That’s honestly a really epic character design element.
Lupine: The highlights you added in her hair are stunning! I love the way you did the perspective on her ears, too. I don’t know if you used watercolor or not, but I love the effect of the flames!
Kitten: Her wings are so detailed, I love it! She looks so serious and imposing and just all-around incredible. :)
Spellbound: I love the stone wall! It adds so much detail to the piece. The original reference photo actually had a wall in it, that’s why her arms are in that position. It’s amazing that you picked up on that!
Alex: I love the glow effect you added on the dress, as well as the fire she’s holding in her hands! It’s so pretty, honestly. She looks so peaceful and powerful!

Ah, thank you so much! The staff actually came out of a mistake, I forgot there was a wall XD so I improvised! Oh and the arm bands were because I messed up on the arms.

So I've learned that character design is not my strong suit, but after much trial and error, here's the next DTYS! I can't wait to see everyone's drawings. The deadline will be Tuesday, September 7, so in two weeks!

This is such a cool characterr, Quill! <3 I love the 70s classy knight vibe. I did this off of memory, so there are some differences.

@Aqua, I love your style and the character! I drew her with a different pose. I gave her a cape and she's kind of like a super hero! Xd I did the best I could with the coloring and I think it looks really good. Anyways, hope you like it!
