Weird Fears! let's name out weird fears, like for instance I hate the sound of a robo voice, it kinda creeps me out. And spiders, and a TON of Other stuff. So we can get it out here!

This is probably a pretty common one, but I'm scared of creepy dolls/dolls coming to life.

I'm scared of..... lice. Yes, the ones you get in your hair.... *shudders*
I'm also scared of being alone in the dark, mice (I have so many horrible stories having to do with that....) and CHANGE. Yes, change. Although I'm getting over that fear slowly but surely since change is inevitable.
I used to be afraid of the song 'this is Halloween' from nightmare before Christmas.

I'm scared about growing up. HORRORABLY SCARED. I wish I could stay this way forever

birds! have you ever been to a zoo where they let you hold one of those really big birds? i did that when i was little and was scared out of my mind. i don't mind looking at birds form afar but as soon as one comes near i'll panic.
When I was 8, my family took a summer vacation trip to Florida. We visited a zoo where you could have your picture taken with parrots. I have two older sisters who were too afraid to do it so they made ME do it. (I don't remember my parents' opinion about this.) I have the photo of me standing there, looking terrified, with one parrot on my head, one on each shoulder, and one on each forearm. I think my father must have taken the photo. It's just one of our old family photos, not by a professional photographer. Since I was only 8, those parrots were pretty big to me!

My first grade teacher was deathly afraid of birds. As a joke, the gym teacher would wear a massive plastic eagle head (eagle was our school mascot) and scare her sometimes (we thought it was hilarious). Also, once when I went on a school trip in fourth grade, we went into a giant aviary dome where all the birds were and ended up getting chased out by a peacock.
@Admin that's a great story XD

Hmm, pretty much basic fears for me. The dark, creepy crawlies, etc. I do have a strange fear of thunder. Not lightning, just thunder. I have no idea why, it just scares me for some reason.

Mirrors, water (especially when you can't see through it), becoming deaf or blind, losing my memory. Although it makes me uncomfortable, I still sort of have a fascination in each of them though.
Also, my grandmother is terrified of butterflies, but loves spiders; that's sort of funny isn't it?

i have this little fear of dolls or stuffed animals, touching my spine.

So... my weird fear is...
*dramatic music*
Um. I have "omphalophobia".
The fear of... belly buttons. It freaks me out whenever I see a belly button.
I know. It's weird.

I actually agree with the Admin — ants really scare me. (Don't read the following story if you get grossed out easily.)
One day when I was maybe 6, I went hiking. My sandals were too small, so I got a blister on my foot. I got into my parent's truck at the end of the day. A little bit into the drive, something was tickling my foot. And I looked down, and yeah, there were ants all over it. So now I'm deathly afraid of ants.

Tightly packed holes. Look up trypophobia. Anyone else have this?
(February 19, 2021 - 9:12 am)
Kind of. I'm scared of small holes that shouldn't be there, mostly because I think small bugs will pour out of them. Like an unexplained hole in the plaster on the ceiling, or a hole in the cheese on my pizza.

Eek, that does sound horrifying...

I'm really scared of the people I love dying.
Also, I don't know if this is normal or not, but I don't get scared at all by most things I see in movies. I can't remember the last time a violent or action scene in a movie actually scared me. But for some reason I have an internal freakout when I watch a movie and something goes inside of a character that isn't supposed to, like...I have no idea how to explain this. Like when a character gets a weird implant, or like a parasite, or a robotic parasite...it's not like I won't enjoy the movie because of it, but it makes my skin crawl.
