The Maze

You exist. Although you can’t exactly be sure where, or when, or how, one thing that you do know for sure is that you exist. Something's not quite right, though. Where are you? What are you doing there?
A voice slices through your empty/full mind: “Hello!”
Suddenly, you are aware of someone. It is a teenage girl wearing a silver-white sweater and jeans. You are now existing together, though you are still not sure where. She is sitting with legs crossed and is smiling brightly.
“Hellooo,” she says, leaning forward, and you realize that she wants you to respond.
After a few seconds, you find your voice and say, “Hi. Where am I?”
“Good question,” the girl says, throwing her hands up above her head. As if responding to the gesture, the nothingness around you shifts into a real, solid room with plain gray walls and no furniture. She frowned, muttering, “oh, no, that won’t do,” and waved her hands again. This time the room shifted so that the ceiling was a little lower, peach-and-beige wallpaper rolled over the walls, and antique wooden furniture slid onto the (newly polished) floor. You blink and look down, realizing you are now sitting in a dining chair. Were you sitting before?
“My name’s Silver Crystal,” the girl says. “And you are in the Maze.”
“The Maze,” you say, more as a question than anything else.
“Indeed,” she confirmed, nodding. She turns back to the wall to her left and looks at it contemplatively. “It could use a window, right?”
“Uhh.” You’re not quite sure how to respond. “I guess?”
She snaps, and a window edged with pink lace curtains appears, displaying a gorgeous view of rolling green hills with mountains looming in the distance.
You point to the window. “Can I go there?” you ask.
Silver laughs. “Oh, of course not. It’s not real. Nothing in the Maze is real.”
It looks real to you. You say, “How do I leave?”
“The only way to leave,” Silver says, still grinning. “Is to escape.”

Personality: optimistic, anxious, gentle, empathetic, quiet, shy, studious (according to one of my friends), perfectionist, a trifle bit jumpy, and self conscious.
Appearance: Long black hair, brown glasses, light pink watch on my left wrist, usually dressed in very plain tops and either leggings or jeans.
Spring, summer, fall, or winter?: Summer.
Cool colors or warm colors?: Warm colors.
If you could have any ONE superpower, what would it be?: Invisibility and flying are tied really close, but I'd choose invisiblity because if I could fly people would probably stare, whereas if I'm invisible no one would stare for self-explanatory reasons.
Weapon of choice?: Nothing. I don't like hurting anyone/anything.

Personality:Kind, firm, clever and fun. can be very open with laugh and smile, or closed off and mysteriously grumpy. Enjoys company of others usually, and hates to be left out or miss something.
Appearance: Tall and skinny, 5'7, with short, almost shoulder length coco colored hair. Brown eyes, full lips and a normal sized nose. freckles across cheeks and nose bridge. Long, slender and quick fingers. Ears are small and have slight points. Usually dressed in brown gray tunic, forest green leggings and a brown, long, hooded cloak. bare foot in warm seasons, booted in cold weather. Has a braided leather belt with sheaved hunting knife. Either has a wooden staff, or a bow and quivver full of arrows. Never both. Is very handy with both weapons

Appearance: Usually found in a colorful floral dress and a pair of extremely cozy socks. She is short, with dark skin and curly, thick indigo hair that comes down to her shoulders.

Appearance: She has long iridescent hair, wrapping around her head in a crown braid. She has tanned skin, and freckles running daintily along the middle of her nose. Along with her cozy knitted orange sweater and olive green leggings (she doesn’t enjoy jeans, she can’t run as well in them), she has a pendant with dried flowers in resin.

Hi, quick question.
Can you shuffle the teams and not put them in the order they were posted in? My little sisters are Avara and Nyx, and I don't really want to be in the same group with them. (though whatever you decide on is fine with me, I don't care that much.)

Hi! Sorry if I wasn't clear originally, but this is more of a Ski Lodge-y premise rather than a Solo Write-y thing. Basically what that means is you're supposed to enter as yourself (or your CB-sona) rather than submitting characters/OCs (sorry again, I don't think I was clear enough on that). Just to clarify, are Swallow, Avara, and Nyx three different people in real life people, or are they OCs/original characters? If they are OCs, I'm afraid I'll have to take them out, although you yourself are welcome to join! Since there's only 10 spots, I want there to be ten individual people attending instead of multiple OCs from one person, if that makes sense. Thank you!

Don't worry! I am an individual person, and they are my actual sisters. Don't take them out or they will be SO mad at me. We all read Cricket and decided to join.

Hi! Nyx and Avara are different people in real life. They are my actual little sisters, and we all read Cricket and decided to join Chatterbox. Please don't take them off, they would be SO mad at me if I accidentaly got them kicked off this; we are all super excited for it to start. (by the way, if two of these come through, sorry, I wasn't sure if I posted the first one)
