Pirocks, all my quotes are actually from the first season of the TV show. Riker was talking to his friend from the Acadamy, joking with him. However, it was a trick and his "friend" was a computer designed to kill him. I left out the most important part of the quote though.
Riker:The name of my ship is the Lollipop.
Rice: I have never heard of that ship.
Riker: She's just been commissioned. She's a good ship.
Rice: What's the armorment on the Lollipop?
