I loooooovvvvvveeeeeee France! I really want to go there. :D

Ems-

Those annoying Beauxbatons girls just had to interrupt my breakfast. I turned to my friend (meaning minion) beside me.

"Oh, regardez moi!" I squealed in a high-pitched voice, mimicking one of the Beauxbatons girls. "Je suis tres belle est je ne m'occupe plus de rien!*" I sighed dramatically then pretended to faint. My friend--minion--sniggered. I thought one of the Beauxbatons girls was glaring at me, but I didn't bother to check.

(Was the Beauxbatons champion already chosen?)

*Translation: Oh, look at me! I am very beautiful and I don't care about anything!"

//Catriona//

I glared at  Emiana dissing out the Beauxbutton girls. I sat up and walked up to her, gesturing for Kat and Jay to follow. Emiana and her friend stopped snickering and glared up at me. "What, could you possible want?" "Oh, I just have to tell you something. Écoutez-moi, Serpentard. Je n'aime pas accès de talkin vous mes amis là-bas. Alors tu ferais mieux de l'arrêter ou que vous aurez, et vous obtenez mieux que vous le ferons bien réel. Je vous ai vu sur le terrain de Quidditch, et vous êtes tout le monde parle. Vous ne sauriez pas un Cognard à partir d'un manche à balai, afin de mieux vous taisez-vous." She stared up at me with wide eyes. "J'ai passé la moitié de ma vie à voyager à travers la France. Deal with it vous Serpentard Scum." I strutted back to the Ravenclaw table with a certain pair of Slytherin eyes on my back.

Translation: Listen up, Slytherin. I don't like you talkin bout my friends over there. So you better stop it or you'll get, and you better get that you'll get it real good. I've seen you on the Quidditch Pitch, and you're all talk. You wouldn't know a bludger from a broom stick, so you better shut your mouth. I spent half my life traveling through France. Deal with it you Slytherin Scum.

Claire Marie—

I heard some voice trying to impersonate a beauxbaton. I swirled around in anger but then I saw a girl with wavy brown hair yelling at the prim-looking girl. I had to laugh at what she had said. I decided to thank her later because Madame Maxine was pulling me.

We walked down the corridors until we came to an empty classroom.

“Je vais attendre ici,” she told me. I gave the large woman a little smile and stepped into the classroom. (I will wait for you here.)

Rita was sitting on an old chair as I came in. She had white blond hair that was cut in a bob. Her glasses were neon green and her lipstick stood out dark red on her face.

“Miss Claire Marie Bleu? Come with me.” She motioned me towards another door. We walked into a sort of walk in closet.

“Sit,” Rita demanded.

I sat down, smoothing my shiny blue skirt nervously.

“So, you are French, correct?”

An odd question but I answered. “Eh… Yes, I am.

“Do you speak English?”

“Well, I am now.”

“What about your past?”

“Well, I ‘ave a twin sister and I live wis my family in Britany.”

Rita nodded and went on to the next question. “And boys?”

“Ehm… What?”

“Boys? Les garcons?

“I understood you but is that important?”

“Well, yes!”

“Um…” I searched my vocabulary slowly. “I am single,” I told her after a moment.

“Aha… And why do you think you were chosen for the Tri Wizard Tournament?”

“Out of chance.”

Rita raised her eyebrows.

“Now, that was the interview. You may go.”

I awkwardly got up and started to walk out of the cupboard.

“One moment, Miss Bleu! A photo!” I pushed back a loose strandof hair and smiled vaguely at the camera. It flashed and I rushed out.

I tried translating ZB's French but it didn't go so well... :P

Ems-

I glared at the Ravenclaw as she walked back to her table. With all her spite, she might as well have been a Gryffindor.

"Why don't you hex her?" asked someone on my right. I continued to glare at Cat when I spoke.

"We're in the Great Hall for one thing. There are a bunch of teachers everywhere for another. And that nosy gossip Rita Skeeter is here as well," I said icily. "Do you really think that some spunky Ravenclaw is worth the trouble?"

Sorry that was so short. I'm having a brain flop right now.

Claire Marie—

I walked into the entrance courtyard feeling weird after the interview with Rita. I wanted to write a letter to my parents but right now I needed fresh air. Suddenly I heard a roar coming up from the grounds of the school.

I turned confused. Was that what I thought it was? I pranced through the grounds slowly looking around to see what was there.

Should dragons be the first task??

Yeah, or we could just make up completely different tasks. I think that it should be something that the individual character hates the most, and have that turned into the games. Like, (using the real ones for a reference) the first task was dragons. Then, say, the Fleur would have a phobia of dragons, etc.

I have a weird but maybe cool task. Giant Spiders. The task is to get a small bottle of their venom without the spider killing you or you killing it.

Okay, so I missed a lot. I think Giant Spiders is a great idea. We should do that. Here I go.

Jay-

"Parker, Jay," Rita Sketer called. I almost vomited. She was uglier than a prune, and stupider than a lump a branches. "Sit," she instructed. I stood. Her quick quotes quill scribbled something. "So, you are American?" I nodded. "Duh," I muttered. There goes that quill again. "Do you know any other languages besides English?" she asked. "Umm, no," I said as if it was a stupid question. Which it was. And there went that quill. "Past?" she asked. "Umm, I um, am muggle born?" I tried. "Anything else?" she implied. Boy did I wanna smack the living daylights outa her. "I'm 13 and am in my third year," I said. She became very interested. Her quill scribbled away continuously. "How did you manage to get in, my dear?" she asked, her eyes big as saucers. "I don't know. I didn't enter myself. No one in their right mind would," I said proudly. Her quill was scribbling furiously now. "Of course, of course." She winked. I was fighting the urge to punch her. "So, how do you think your parents would feel, knowing that you have now entered the most dangerous wizarding challenge in the world? And you are under-age?" she asked. "Umm, angry, scared outa their minds. And wishing you would shut your ignorant mouth?" I suggested. She cleared her throat. "I see." Uh-oh, I'd just made enemies with the biggest blabbermouth in history. Great. Smart move, Jay.  "So, boys?" she asked, changing the subject instantly. "Um, what?" I asked stupidly. "Boys, you know. Males, guys, men?" she tried. "I'm not an idiot, I know what a boy is. What are you implying is what I mean," I said in a stuborn voice. "Is there a 'special someone' in your life?" she asked, her eyes popping out of her head with the need for gossip. "No," I lied. She could see right through me with those prissy eyes. "Right, whatever." The quill had been scribbling so fast, and so efficiently that I was actually scared of the results. "That is all; you may go." I walked, no ran outa the broom cupboard and right into that French girl, Clair. "How did it go?" she asked in a thick French accent. "Well, let's just say, J'ai coché juste au large de l'embouchure de blabber plus important dans l'histoire. Je suis mort," I spoke in French. She seemed impressed. I'd lied. I did know French, not just English.

(translation- I just ticked off the biggest blabbermouth in history. I'm dead.)

Scratch my last post! This one's better (and longer)!

Claire Marie—

I felt quite impressed at how many students in this huge school knew my language.

“Did she also ask you such stupid questions?” I inquired unhappily. I was still feeling embarrassed by my interview.

“Oh, yes. I need fresh air. Wanna come with?” Jay asked whilet wisting her layered dark brown hair through her fingers.

“I’d be obliged,” I told her.

Jay giggled slightly and I gave her a questioning look.

“That’s more… Old English. It’s correct though.” Jay giggled. I knew by experience that Americans were casual but I still was embarrassed and turned red on the spot.

We kept walking down the busy hall, getting glances from students and murmurs behind our backs.

Suddenly, I saw Colette break through the crowd. Her pale face held a look of worry and I understood almost immediately that something was wrong. Two other girls were behind her. One had light brown hair and green eyes and the other ocean blue eyes and brown hair with natural honey-blond highlights.

“What is wrong?” I asked nervously.

“Shh! Come quickly! You must see this!” Colette exclaimed.

Jay and I followed the three girls. On the way I found out that the light-haired girl was named Cat and the other Kitty.

We got to the outskirts of the forests and paused.

“What do ya wanna show us?” Jay said curiously.

“Spiders! Giant spiders are the first task,” Kitty declared.

I wanted to faint. Spiders. I had no fear of them but I had had a bad meeting with an acrumatula when I was young. Colette knew exactly that I wouldn’t dare go in there.

Cat took a step forward.

“Come! You have to see them!”

“I will not go in there!” I crossed my arms and swung my gold-blond curls over my shoulder.

“Are you scared of spiders?” I heard a voice and turned around. A girl with fair caramel skin and black hair was looking at me with a sneer on her face. Her almost-black eyes were filled with silent laughter.

“Wait till I tell the others.”

“Beat it, Emmiana!” Jay snarled fiercely.

“No.”

“Git!”

“You are not going to get rid of me.”

“Then I’ll make you.”

Jay took out her wand and pointed it at Emmiana.

Jay-

"Expeliarmus!" I shouted a fiery fierceness in my voice. Before she could protect herself Emiana flew back hitting a tree. She lay there breathing heavily. Before she could get her wand off the ground, I said in a voice that said, this is easy, "Protificus totalus." She froze. Blue frost covered her for a moment. When it disappeared she lay still. "Now, spiders, show us." Claire looked shocked. "What?" I asked. "You, are amazing." Her French accent was thick but it made no mark on me. "Thanks, so spiders?" I asked Cat. "Right, follow us." "C'mon Claire." I grabbed her arm and pulled her along. She followed reluctantly. Then they were there. Four acrumatulas as big as dragons. I wanted to scream. Claire looked like she was going to faint. "C'mon let's get closer." I got closer to the spiders. They were killer-looking. I swallowed hard. "This isn't gonna be easy," I muttered. "You can say that again." Kitty's voice was horse. Claire was white. Her eyes bloodshot like she'd been crying. She looked like she was going to vomit. Her vela appreance was slightly wrecked. "Um, maybe we should go?" I suggested. Claire nodded fircely. "Ya, go, now." We ran back to the castle grounds.
