Part 2 of

Chatterbox: Pudding's Place

Part 2 of

Part 2 of the Percy Jackson RP. So the other thread was finished and this is going to be part 2! Admin, I'm just wondering, has there ever been a part 2 of a thread before? Or is this the first one?

This is the first one to the best of my knowledge. In the past it seems that RPs have gone on and on and then just kind of petered out. You all brought this Part 1 to just a nice ending . . . , but allowing the story to go on if the writers so desire! Let Part 2 begin!

Sorry I haven't been posting, I love what just happened.

Tray-

"Tray even when it's family someone's always trying to kill you aren't they?" Blake asked. "Ya I can kinda blame Hades for that." "More like your hot temper." Adris said. I whipped around. Nearly punching her. I dicided better of it. She was family. Ish. "Shut up." "You may be my aunt but I am older than you by 137 years hot head." Ok that time only Blake stopped me from punching her. "Not worth it." He muttered. I glared at my so called "neise". "Whatever." Sam was looking her up and down. She had that I'm-so-hungry-I'm-ganna-kill-somebody look on. I decided to stop and set up camp where we were. Sam shovled down sausage, carrots, peaches, and chicken. She was still so hungry I just gave her my chicken. I wasn't hungry anyway. "So grandma Tray, whats with the zebra stripe." I shot her a look. "For your information Blake and I just held up the sky." I snapped. She nodded. "Right." Once Sam had her brain functioning properly again she told me to sit watch with Adris first. I'd agreed but I wasn't happy about it. "So, where have you been? Highjacking cars? Robbing banks? Getting fat at Olympus while the rest of us were out here fighting for our lives?" I asked stubornly. "For your information I'm not aloud at Olypus, and no I havn't been highjacking cars or robbing banks. What about you still leaving a trail of human reckage behind or have you retired?" Was that a joke i heard? "Oh come on I'm only 16!" I winked. She smiled. Huh, so family can get along. Huh, didn't know that. "Well then I guess Aphrodite hates you still then for breaking her mirror?" She asked. "Hey she wasn't listning to me!" We both laughed. "So how have you guys been going with destroying Nick and Jenifer then?" She asked. "Well, if you must know I had a prophocey." I said. "Really? Sweet tell me." "I can't Hades made me promis not to tell. He even showed me a hint. But I can't tell anyone." "Really? Can't you just tell me? You know? Family?" She asked. Ok so i don't trust her half as much as Sam or Adonia or Blake so how did that make her an exception to the don't tell anyone promise? "I can't, I'm sorry. But I can give you a hint like I'll give the others about the prophecey." She broke into a huge smile. "Great tell me." "Beast, friend." I said. She was for sure annoyed with my answer. "Sorry buts thats all I can tell you."

Am looking up monsters on Wikipedia.

Python? Giant dragon that Apollo killed at Delphi?

All other monsters were found in Percy Jackson.

PERCY'S BACK!!!!!! Just read the first chapter of the Son of Neptune. Coming out in 13 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm pretty sure I got some stuff wrong about Tray's sword, please correct me. Is it Celestial bronze or Stygian iron?

Adris Arkin

"Give me your sword," I said to Tray. She looked at me but did. It was a pretty good sword. Celestial bronze, of course, nice length, pretty good balance. Nice, good, pretty. Average. Medicore.

So I smashed on a nearby rock with all my strength.

Tray gasped and stood up, ready to knock me down. "What the heck was that for???!!!" she yelled.

I didn't even look at her. It was important to correct the sword before it was set. I created a little fire, concentrating hard, just like Hephestaus taught me, and thrust the sword in. I turned up the heat, and stuck my hands in. I carefully shaped the sword, occasionally hammering it on my arm. When it was just about done, I intentionally cut my arm and wiped the blood on the sword, then let burn for a few more seconds. I extinguished the flame, and then froze the sword before melting the ice. I tried to hand to Tray, but she backed away.

"Adris," she said, "your hands are on fire." I hadn't noticed. I extinguished them, and handed her the sword. She held it gingerly, as if afraid it might burst into flames. I sighed, and took it from her.

"Here," I said condescendingly, "you hold a sword like this." I wrapped her hand around the sword.

"I know how to hold a sword," Tray snapped, snatching her hand away. Just like I thought she would. But even as she was doing that, I could see the suprise on her face. "It's so...different..." she exclaimed.

I smiled. "Try killing a tree with it." She swiped it against a pretty thick oak, and it went right through. Courtesy of my blood. And my awesome handiwork, of course.

Tray was impressed. "Awesome."

And then, somewhere, fifty people died.

Well she has a stygain iron knife and I mean I never really wanted her to have a sword but people kept putting it in so I just kept it. But I guess I'd be iron.

Tray-

OKay first I was incredibly mad that she messed with my sword. Then I heard screams. Loud ones. But Adis didn't hear them. I didn't know how I knew but I knew that people had just died. Maybe it was that I was Hades daughter. "Did you hear that?" I asked. "No, what was it?" She asked. "It was, screams, like human screams. I, I just heard them," I said staring into the distance. "Tray I think your halucinating," she said. "No I'm not."

Sorry I can't post anymore I have to go to school. But if no one wants to post I'll finish it later.

She purposely screamed at the top of her lungs, snickering to herself as she imagined the frightened looks on those demigods faces when they heard her ear-splitting screeches. Nick peered around the corner at her, frowned, then continued on. After a while of this, she stopped screeching and resulted in making mini hurricanes in the sea water. The power of the gods were fighting against her. She shoved them back down. Pipe down, weirdos. I'm your new master. They were quiet now. Pride, I guess. I managed convincing the fish to do flips for my amusment. Gosh, taking over the demigod world was ex-haus-ting. She lay down on the sand and shut her eyes for a second, though the dreams had already started.

She was on a beach, like the one she was on right now, but everything was a deathly black. There was a large, bone-white throne about  a yard to her left. A man was sitting on it, about twenty feet tall, with greasy black hair, a crooked nose, and a cold expression (Severus Snape...xD) on his face. A god. Hades, to be exact. She leaned against a palm tree. "Hey." "Hey, that's the respect I get. You see, if these were the old days, I'd blast you to pieces right there. Alas, my daughters wouldn't want that. They have told me that they want you for themselves. I envy you, going down with that girl's sword, that's a nice death it is. Of course, I know when this would happen. But I won't tell you, ruin half the fun." I sighed. "Okay, where is this getting?!" He waved his hand and a whip lashed across my face. "Hey! What in Hades-oh, never mind," he scoffed at me. "Hah. Now, tell me. What are you actually trying to suceed in this? Think about that. Think of who's controlling you." She tried to protest, but he stopped her just by his glare. "Look, no one is working on their own, not now, not ever. Puppets can't work without puppeteers, can they, Jenifer?" Before she could slap her face for using her real name, the dream ended and she was back in the real time.

I really am not sure what to write. Sorry, it's so short!

Sam-

“What do you mean: Someone just died?” I stared at Tray in total confusion.

“I mean, a whole bunch of people just kicked the bucket,” she paused. “46, 47… 50. Fifty people just died.”

“But you only heard one scream?”

“No, I heard a whole bunch of screams!” She was getting angry now.

“Tray, no one heard the screams but you,” Adonia tried to explain calmly.

“Are you telling be I’m wrong?!”

“No, I--“

“Fifty people just died. AND I’m the daughter of Hades, forgotten? So obviously, you should trust me.” Oh, I certainly trusted Tray AFTER over a year of total distrust and she wasn’t a hundred percent trustworthy either. She acted too much on impulse.

Tray must have seen my face because she turned on me again. “Oh I get it! You don’t trust me, do you?”

“Tray, calm down. If this is really true--the screams, I mean--then where are they coming from?”

“Back up the mountain.”

I'm baaaaccckkk! Its so nice to see my little thread all grown up! Let's roll!

Nick smiled disdainfully at the two rebels. Camper prisoners, who had taken it up to themselves to show some freedom. They had egged the Big House, where Jen and Nick were staying, and then fired rockets in the windows. Nick hefted his spear and smiled again, then thrust it towards them. Two spears of misshappen blackish-reddish-green light hit their chests, flinging them backwards. A lesson, they had to learn.

YAAAYYYYY SOMEONE ELSE IS POSTING!!!!!1 :D :D :D

Tray-

"No, wait. They're coming from camp," I said, my voice dying in my throat. "What?" Everyone's attention was on me. Everything went black and I doubled over clutching my burning head. I saw pictures flashing through my mind. Hurt and screaming campers. Greek. Orange shirts. Some as young as 7, some older. Nick and Jen. They were killing them. The rebelious ones died. The others were only tortured. Everything went normal again, and the burning stopped. "Tray?" They looked scared but not for me of what I saw. "Nick, Jenifer, they're at camp. They're toryuring the campers, and killing the rebelious ones." We picked up camp as fast as possible. "How do we get there? We're on the other side of the country!" Blake pointed out. "I know, umm, I don't know, Sam?" She had that idea face on. "Ya, pegesi." She smiled. "You're gassy?" I asked. "PEGASI!!" she shouted. "What, you did say it softly." I grinned. She called the horses and we were at the entrance to Camp in 7 minutes. I didn't like it. Even though pegasi were a Poseidon thing, air was a Zeus thing. And Zeus hadn't done such an amazing job with kids after all so I didn't trust him, even though I trusted next to no gods anyway. When we were outside the camp, Aphrodite appeared before us. "What do you want? We're kinda in a hurry," I said impatiently while the others kneeled. "Ungrateful being." She spat. "Well in all fairness your royal hiney, you haven't been very helpful to us so far," I growled. She glared at me. Sam stepped in front. "You need us?" she asked as polite as ever. "Yes, as you know Jenifer and Nick are in that camp killing innocent demigods--" "Airgo, we're in a hurry!" I shouted from behind Sam. "I don't know how you survived, skunk head." She spat. "Ouch, nice comeback you--" I was elbowed in the stomach by Sam. "Tray, just shut up." "Whatever," I mumbled. "As I was saying. Hades has said that the number of demigods flowing into death keeps increasing slightly. You must stop it," she said urgently. "No duh!" I said sarcastically, trying to make her sound stupid. "I ought to kill you right now." She spat. "Too bad I can't, I have to save the world." I smiled victoriously. She sneared. "You're too lucky." "Huh, lucky me then!" I continued to smile. "Go, but be warned, in there trust no one, not even the ones in the group here. Nick has ways to mimic appearance and voice. Do not trust anyone, only trust the ones who never left your side. Otherwise you could never know. They may not be your friend. They may be fake. Trust no one. They will try to separate you." Her eyes were hiding something, keeping something from us that we should know. I was about to ask in a smart-aleck way what it was but Blake spoke first. "How can we tell the difference?" he asked. "You can't." She still looked like she was hiding something. "Only the gods know." She spoke gravely. "There has to be some way," he said desperately. "Well if you kill the real one they won't turn into silver dust," she replied. "Well that's very helpful," I remarked sarcasticaly while rolling my eyes. "I'm serious, Thanantos Kako Martin. Trust no one." I turned red. My complete full name. Idiot goddess. The others looked at me oddly. In Greek my name meant death and Kako, my middle name, meant evil. "Thank you, Hades," I said sarcasticaly. The ground rumbled beneath our feet. I ignored it. "I'm only named that because my dad named me after some prophecy thingy. OK, let's go." I was going into that camp whether they came or not. So I walked through the border to my demolished camp.

YAYY NICK!!! :) :D :) :D

//Jenifer//

I chuckled as I stood on the porch of the Big House. The two campers wailed, then when Nick released the power they hobbled off to nurse their wounds, twitching as they went. "Nicely done, big brother." I brushed away a strand of brown hair and gazed over the valley. Campers were walking around, doing their chores. The usual orange T-Shirts were replaced with plain black ones, and the cabins were demolished and switched with plain gray buildings. The dryads were flitering around, giving people food and drink. I laughed at how defensless they were. The forest, arena, archery range, weaponry, forge, and any other things associated with weaponry were off limits to everyone but Nick and I. We were in control. Dionysus was out of power, of course, and its power lay within Nick, and Chiron was helping the remaining gods regain their strength. Yeah, like that'll happen. Nick walked up the steps and I ordered a dryad to give me an Arnold Palmer. I glanced up at the attic, and suddenly everything was black. We've been waiting for you, Jenifer Fitzgerald. A cold, raspy voice told me. "What do you want with me?!" You're under a trance, a deep sleep, and your actions are wrong. Duh, I'm under a trance. Humph. If you won't listen to me, then I won't bother talking. I awoke again, and I was in Nick arms. "Whu...? What just happened?" "You seemed to black out or something. You fell down and I caught you, are you okay? I'll get some nectar." He barked some orders to a dryad and a glass of the liquid was soon in my hands. I sipped it, and it wasn't neccesarily a taste, but a scent. I couldn't place it, but it was extremely familiar. It made me feel at home, but also made me feel guilty. I shoved the drink away.

The scent is of Camp Half-Blood, when she was a kid with the strawberries growing and stuff. She's a good guy, just under a trance.

Sam-

Westood at the top of Halfblood-Hill and looked down into the bloody battle  scene, all made from two insane people.

“Wow,”Tray said depressed.

“Man,” Blake said with all the emotion he could probably put into his voice.

“They need help,” I muttered.

“Duh.” And the one “duh” somehow managed to turn us into Greek warriors.

I grabbed my knife and ran down the hill with Tray and Blake at my heels.

The dust of disintegrated monsters and ashes mixed together forming a sparkling black/gray pile of debris. Small fires –basically all that was left from the cabins- still burned. In front of me a girl collapsed, her horsetail ploom an ugly brown and her armor smeared with dust, dirt and blood.

Her arm appeared badly cut while her lips were cracked and chapped by lack of water. Simone Bentley, Athena Cabin.

“Tray! I’m going to the infirmary.” I didn’t wait to see her give any sign of recognition; just pulled Simone onto my back and dragged her towards the Big House.

The front room and meeting room were filled with cots with injured campers. Aphrodite campers pranced around with hair brushes, water, food, nectar, ambrosia, soaps and gauze for the campers. Half of Apollo cabin was tending to wounds.

“Is there a place open?” I asked Bruno McCormik from Apollo cabin. His usual smiling eyes had circles under them; he looked like her hadn’t slept in days.

Managing a little upturn of the corner of his mouth, he greeted me. “Put her over there,” he motioned towards an empty cot. I set her down and started tending to her wounds.

A hand laid itself on my shoulder and I flinched.

“You’re back, Chiron!” I heard someone exclaim.

Chiron? Where had he been? Before I could ask, I felt myself being led out of the room into the open air.

“Chiron…” A knife pointed at my chest, raised over my body ready to kill. A shriek escaped my throat. My knife. It was in my sleeve and he was holding that arm so tightly, it was almost as if he knew it was there.

The knife started to come down. A centimeter. Just one millisecond until my life ended.

And then Chiron is pushed aside by someone.

Jenifer. “NO!” she screamed loudly. She looked straight into my eyes and her eyes weren’t the hideous golden eyes. They were the electric blue ones. Jen’s eyes. My friend’s eyes.

They turned to gold a moment before she fell across my chest.

“JEN?!” I screamed. Oh my gods. Not Jen, too. Not two deaths.

I started to cry but then something really odd happened. Jen’s body levitated in the air and started to glow golden.
