Wicked is amazing!  The songs are great, it's cute, funny, heartwarming, and generally a fantastic show.  You'll definitely enjoy it.

You're so lucky! I've always wanted to see Wicked. It's supposed to be great. I have the music and it's also amazing!

I love some of the music, but I don't know what the story's about, other than it's the prequel to the Wizard of Oz,

I don't want to give anything away, but Wicked is the story of the "wicked witch of the west". It is the BEST SHOW EVER!!!!!!!!! It's funny, too. My mom took me to see it for my 11th birthday, and I LOVED it. You are so lucky.
