So, which of

So, which of the Cricket Readers Recommend books sound the most interesting to you?

1. All Creatures Gret and Small by James Herriot

2. Bloomability by Sharon Creech

3. The Bad Advice of Grandma Hassenfuss by Anne E. G. Nydam

4. What Katy Did by Susan Coolidge(Hail BHR)

5. Detectives in Togas by Henry Winterfeld

Personally, Bloomability takes the lead for me, but that might just be because I've been wanting to read it for a while.  I finally got it from the library, and I've yet to start reading it (I'll probably start that or one of my other books after this CB session).

What Katy Did sounds like a great book and I think I'll read it soon. (Thanks Blonde Heroines Rule!)

Bad advice of Grandma Hasenfuss. Tried to find it at the library but they didn't have it.

TBAoBH deos sound funny!  I looked for What Katy Did in my library, but the only thing that I got from it is the knowledge that there is a sequel called What Katy Did Next.  I hadn't known that.

Oh yes! There are actually several in the series. What Katy Did, What Katy Did At School, What Katy Did Next, Clover, and In High Valley.  The last two are really about Katy's younger sister (whom you also adore) Clover. The whole series is thoroughly enjoyable!
