Chatterbox: In This Month's Issue

Hey Admins/Editors...

Hey Admins/Editors...

Um, this is kind of an embarrassing post, but I would really like to know-thanks.

So, I sent in a story for the September "Create a Myth" challenge. It's been about 9, 10 weeks since I sent it in, and I haven't heard back from you guys. Is this normal is a story is being considered for publication? Because normally, I'd get a reply around 6 weeks saying "Thanks but no thanks, basically." I'm just confused, excited and worried as to why I haven't gotten a response.

Please don't take this the wrong way-I'm not trying to be pushy, offensive, angry, sarcastic or rude. I'm just really curious. Thank you SO much.

To all the CBERS that I know will read this post....don't judge me. XD

Stay Inky, peeps!

Notification of Cricket League winners and honorable mentions does take a long time, up to 8 weeks or more sometimes. We wait until the layout is finalized for the issue in which the winners' stories appear before sending out notice. September notification should be in the mail by now, but we can't guarantee the speed of the U.S. mail. You should be hearing any day now.
