Actually, Old Hags are an old name for a common type of hallucination (and I know I totally spelled that wrong)...

weird Fact:

Old Hags are actually the good guys. Bing bong boong babys are the bad guys. Also they're not babies.   The one on the left is Randy the ol Hag. And on the right is Diaper the Bing Bong Booong Baby. (He's still not a baby)
