OUR LMWAY!
(Last Month We Asked You)
Last Month We Asked You: Besides candy and money, what’s the best thing to be given when Trick-or-treating?
Here are your wonderful answers!
R-R-R said: The Secret of Life, of PATD tickets!
Tuxedo Kitten said: A toothbrush. Im always losing mine, and I love the stiff ones that are cheap.  Im going to be that old grandma that gives only toothbrushes away lol
Luna-Starr said:a dessert/baked good/technically non-candy treat that's still junk food, so like cookies or Oreos or Little Debbies.
Nyx said: marbles, bottle caps, or other fun little collectibles.
That’s it for our LMWAY! Now, insert overused transition here, because it's time for...
OCTOBER JOKES!
What do jack-o-lanterns say when they go on roller-coasters?
Hallo-WEE!
If a guy named Hollow named his daughter after biblical Adam’s wife, the girl would be Hollow’s Eve.
Why was the skeleton crying? Because he had noBODY to love him!

(The Following are submitted by Tuxedo Kitten)
what plant likes halloween the most? Bam-BOO!
Why did the police man ticket the ghost on halloween? It didnt have a haunting license!
(The rest are all submitted by Fleet)
Why do ghosts like taking the elevator? It lifts their spirits!
What kind of music do mummies listen to? Wrap music!
What's a ghost's favorite dessert? Booberry pie!
When do skeletons laugh? When something tickles their funny bones!
Great jokes, don’t you think? Anyway, now it’s time for our Monthly Advice Column! October’s advice is all about…
PUMPKIN CARVING TIPS!
if you dont want to completely carve out pumpkin guts (which takes 4EVER), simply use a template and knife to chizzel outlines of leaves into the pumpkin! I did this for fall, and I think it turned out great! It's quick, not messy, and also has a beautiful result!
(Submitted by Tuxedo Kitten)
Trace out your idea beforehand.
Trace your design onto your pumpkin before even touching those tools!
Only design pumpkins based on your own artistic ability. For example, if you aren’t that good of an artist, don’t try to carve a design straight out of an art gallery!
Racoons, squirrels, and other nasties love eating pumpkins, so plan ahead! Create a pumpkin protection base, cover your pumpkin in something yucky or poisonous, anything you can think of!
If you don’t get to carve a pumpkin, try painting a small gourd! They are cheap, adorable, and have no risk of cutting yourself!
Finally, if you can’t or don’t want to carve/paint a pumpkin, don’t feel pressured! There are still plenty of fun things to do during the fall season. Carving pumpkins is just one example in an ocean of things to do!
Now those are some good tips! Next, give it up for THE...
CBer AWARDS!
(Awarded by Luna-Starr)
Maker of an extremely long-lasting and popular RP: Nyx!
I'm impressed at how well you've kept the Apocalyptic Mutant RP alive and running! Sadly, most RPs die off quickly, but it's awesome to see how successful yours has been. Congrats on over 100 comments!
Most enthused over returning CBers: Rogue!
Without fail, you always welcome back CBers with flying tackle hugs and an abundance of exclamation points. It's so thoughtful and oddly impressive how you notice even slight absences or less frequent posts from certain CBers (*cough* myself included). Thank you for being an incredible friend to all.
Best book ranters: HoodedMidnight and Alizarine!
I love how you both took a goofier approach to but were also extremely serious about your book rants. You both bring up lots of reasons why The Penderwicks in the Spring and The Maze Runner are terrible, and you soundly convinced me not to read them.
(Awarded by Floof)
Best Unknown AE: La’Crosse!
Why: We were reading through the White Oak ski lodge and noticed your post from the POV of your charries. We certainly had no idea that you ran Maddox! Ever since we first heard of Maddox, we were greatly intrigued! What would this character give away? Would he create his own mysterious post that could reveal a deep and intertwined backstory? Whatever you have planned for Maddox, we would like to congratulate you on his creation!
Most Reliable: Luna-Starr!
Why: Ella Starburst here. Ok, Floof has a lot of employees. In fact, we have so many that it’s hard to keep track of all of them! Something I’ve seen among these employees is that some of them aren’t the best at filling their quota. You, on the other hand, never fail to submit your quota ever since you joined our humble ranks! Not only that, but the unspoken guidelines you set for the awards is MUCH better than my template! I can NEVER THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR THIS!
That is all for this Month’s monthly check-Up! Remember to enter submissions in the comments! Here is what we’ll accept:
Important dates
November jokes
Location of the Month
Things you should remember to be thankful for!
LMWAY answers ( What’s your ideal Thanksgiving dinner?)i
CBer awards!
We hope this gave you a spooktacular outlook on the next month. Whether you celebrate Halloween or not, fall is a wonderful season that all can enjoy. We all have different ways to celebrate it: pumpkin everything, trick-or-treating, scary stories, hay rides, football, etc. However you enjoy fall, just remember that Floof Industries and everyone else on this website hopes that it is your best fall ever!
Till the next check-up,
Floof Industries

OMG thank you Luna-Starr! I never realized how fast the RPs died, so I'm just now finding out that mine has been doing well, and I can hardly believe it!

Aww, thanks for the award! Just doing my job for the monthly fun :)

Here are some things to be grateful for this Thanksgiving:

Education! Lots of kids, especially girls, don't get to go to school! We're extremely lucky to know how to read and write.

Winter coats! So many people are left out in the cold during winter months.

Electronics! The US is the richest country in the world. There are plenty of countries where there wouldn't be a Chromebook I could use to type out a response to an MCU!

Admins! They keep us safe in this modern world of shady stuff of thr internet. Yay, Admins!

And here's a November-themed Location of the month: Plymouth Rock!

My ideal Thanksgiving contains no turkey (I'm vegetarian), so mostly like biscuits, mashed potatoes, fruit, snacks, and desserts :)

Im vegetarian too !

I deleted the rest of your message because it included far too much information about yourself. You should never reveal your parent's name online to people that you don't know. --admin

Aaaaah, I love the "National Slap Your Annoying Co-worker Day" one. Also, wow! Eminem's birthday and Drake's birthday both in one month. And I might just have to force my parents to make nachos on the 21st.

My 14th birthday is November 2nd, as something to add to your important dates list!

Location of the Month: Through the Storm. Idk. Like, cuz November is stormy? Or, Sunny Days. Also because November is stormy. Or, like, Hopeful Days. Because November is  . . .. .

Okay maybe it's not really fair giving three. How about my only submission is thru the storm.

Also my bday is this October but it's ok that you missed it, it's my fault for leaving. :D

Things to be thankful for . . . . .

-this is kind of morbid but the fact that you're alive. Everyone should always be thankful for that . . ..

-creativity. Because what would the world be without it. (answer: nothing)

-Cricket mag. Like, obviously

-this has already been said but of course the aDminS.

-CHOCOLATE

-AC (maybe we're not all thinking about that now, in autumn, but might as well put it out there)

-trees to climb and give us oxygen!!!!!

-screen time (I know that's kind of weird but otherwise we couldn't be on the CB)

-betta fish because they are cute.

Thing to be thankful for:

Family/friends, who are there to support you and help you through your life.

Nature, it created everything, we wouldn't be here without nature.

A language, so we can communicate to one another.

School/education, some people may not like it, but it's so important. As LS said, lots of people can't go to school, but really want to. We get to learn many things from school/education.
