Pretty self-explanatory, for when you have a question for the Admins.
I was looking through the Ultimate Guide to the CB, and it says people ask the admins questions "frequently related to blue moon ice cream."
What does that mean?

I think you have to address them in the post you ask the question, because if you don't, they won't know the context and asume you're asking someone else.
@admin, do you have another job other than being an admin/working for Cricket?
Not another paying job, but I volunteer a lot of time working for two nonprofit groups. And I do a lot of other things for Cricket Media besides administering Chatterbox.

@admin, what are some of your hobbies? Have any of you ever played Among Us or Minecraft?
I play violin and enjoy hiking, swimming, cross-country skiing, and reading. I haven't played the games you mention, but I don't know about the other Admins.

@admins, how long on average does it take you to decide whether or not to post a comment?
And how does the site distribute the comments among all three of you?
It depends upon the length and content of the comment. An average would not be meaningful. Short comments go very quickly in less than a minute. Admins and editors may consider a comment on a sensitive subject for days before making a decision whether to post it as submitted, edit it, or delete it.
Comments are not distributed among the three of us. We are each assigned different times to post comments. Only one of us is on at a time, reviewing all comments as they arrive in chronological order.

Hey Admins! I found this site where you can ask native speakers questions about languages. There's a "what does __ mean" function. It's free (it bugs you to get premium, but it's free). If you wanted to, you could use it to verify what CBers say in other languages.
We know several places to translate foreign words, but we Admins don't have the time to do that.

There are two or three threads where it says the last reply was around for hours ago, but none of the replies showed up. Is this due to technical difficulty, or...
We had a technical issue all day that prevented us from getting into the part of the website that lets us approve messages. Trying to catch up with the backlog now! --admin

Since there's three of us, yes. We alternate who's looking after the CB so that if one of us wants to take a break we can. --admin

Do all of the admins work at the same time? Cause if not, maybe one of the admins could use google translate or some other thing to translate languauges. Also, sorry if we ask to much about finding a way to translate.
Usually only one admin works at a time. Translation takes too long since we have so many messages to get through and just one person to do it. Google Translate is a flawed translation software and doesn't always show what something really means, and it wouldn't be fair to people to forbid some languages while allowing others that we know how to translate. That's why we have the policy of no foreign languages and no codes. --admin

Yes, we do! All of us work from our houses. But we have video meetings or phone calls so we stay connected. --admin

Because we don't have control of the content of other sites, which might include things Cricket does not support.

@admins, but we don't have daylight saving time over here anymore...
We are in Central time, Standard for now, Daylight in spring, summer, and most of fall. I think some of Michigan may not change to Daylight time because the state borders Central time. And I don't know at all about the Upper Peninsula. Some of it is straight north of Wisconsin, which is on Central time. In addition to this, Chatterbox has been known to have querky inaccuracies in dates and times. I remember seeing one comment dated 1968, forty years before Chatterbox launched!

@admins, what time do you get up to do the stuff with comments?
It varies from day to day and whatever else I have to do. On weekends, I may start posting comments about 9 am Central. I don't know about the weekday Admins, but the company workday begins at 8:30.

Admins, do you ever use the CB as a CBer, submitting comments yourself instead of just posting the ones others submit? The thought popped into my head a couple days ago for some reason.
No. If we need to say something, we sign Admin.
