It's a new year, the time to make new year resolutions. But the real problem is keeping them. How do you keep your new year resolutions?

LMWAY- I would like to be more condfident, and less shy whether I'm at home asking for something, walkin around in public, approaching someone, or knocking on somebody's door.

Advice Column: Take small steps. Keep your resolution with you in your mind, or if it's helpful a little piece of ribbon around your wrist or even paper. Try not to get frustrated. Little steps are good! Work to feel proud of those and then you'll look back and see how far you've come.
LMWAY: I want to be better at putting less pressure on myself.

Advice Column: more often than not, when people think of New Year's Resolutions, they think of exercising and eating healthier and stuff like that. I'm not saying that ISN'T necessarily important, but you shouldn't make your resolutions feel entirely like a chore. i've found that if you have some resolutions that you enjoy, you're more likely to actually stick with the rest of your resolutions. for instance, you might want to practice a skill, or learn a new hobby, or something like that for 2024 :]
LMWAY: I want to push myself outside my comfort zone and have more experiences! I want to join school clubs and sports teams, take up new hobbies, and just put myself out there more :]
Joke column: why shouldn't you kiss someone on January 1st? it's only the first date. why was the snowman upset? it had a meltdown.

Advice Column: As pangolin said, make resolutions that you feel you can and want to keep; write them down and reread them every now and then.
LMWAY: Write something that I've been trying to write for a few months, finish my two ongoing solo writes, and do more things in general :>
