Poe Allen runs through the woods. I cock my pistol.

Izzuan runs towards him. I send a flare into the air.

I advance, and crouch in the shadow of a tree.

"Izzuan, you are ready for that attack?" Poe said.

"Yes." He replies.

I climb up the tree. A red moon starts to rise, and a mist forms around me, red with the colour of the moon. I loom down.

"Poe, have you found Alexandria yet?" Izzuan asks.

"No." Poe says.

My brain starts spinning. Clearly Poe was rescued by the traitor; Izzuan. I should probably think about my offense. I shake my head, clearing the last remnents of Jaaws from them. I jump down, my eyes glinting in the dark.

"At ease, general." I say.

Izuan and Poe turn.

"You're dead." Izzuan says flaty.

"No, I managed to cleanse myself from Jaaws. And you remember that time machine? Well, I held onto it, and the resulting shockwave sent me to this time. And that same shockwave freed me from Jaaws. I am myself for the first time since the undersea ball." I say, running at Poe. He falls back, and crashes to the ground. Izzuan runs to help.

I spread my arms and my wings shoot out. I flap to the sky, and the Relic glows. I clench my fist, and a bolt of read energy appears in my hand.

"Resistance, come out here and see this." I yell.

I throw my spear, and Izzuan dodges, and hits the ground. He screams as I fly next to him.

"I return from being posessed to see scum like you have power. You are why I was possesed: why Octavia has so much power: idiots who like money." I say, and call a shrill cry.

Ludvic and Angelena fly down, and remove their helmets. The occupation of SailHAven is over. I fly along with them at Poe and Izzuan, and the Relic glows. A group of my vampires come to my aid. And with one command, Izzuan is no more.

I fly back to the resistance base, dragging Poe along.

I see a guard, and command to be let inside.

I walk to the intercom room.

"Resistance. My name is Elliot. I was once possesed by Jaaws, and I was driven to madness. That caused me to destroy SailHaven and join Catastrophe. I freed myself, and time traveled here. Now, I have spared you of the trouble of Izzuan, and I have a very pathetic Poe Allen here. Sprocket, I have brought you some of the best autamatons from SailHaven. Please come and get them. Also, I have a few scions which could potentially be pets. They are trained, don't worry." I say.

Ludvic and Angelena are back too. This is great. 

I smile and take the muffin. "Thanks."

She nods and looks ahead. "Don't mention it. I think Shadow told me something about bird people's appetites."

I nod and think. "Actually, I haven't had food since the Enclosure." 

I finish off the muffin as she laughs. "Or that might just be an ordinary stomach."

I smile and take her hand. She smiles and we look at the woods, but then in the distance I see an explosion. Sprocket sees it too, because she lets go of my hand and runs inside. I follow her.

Suddenly the base is in a hustle, and I'm told to stay put in the meeting room. I sigh as everyone runs out, and when I turn around, I see a soldier pointing a gun at me. It's not a Resistance soldier.

I scream as loud as I possibly can.  

Explaination: So Elliot is back, and he was possesed by Jaaws for a while, so the only time there was true Elliot was before the Cave Exploration, so a long time ago, baisicly never. He was almost killed, but he used a time travel device (which broke) to save himslef, and the travel throught time left him unpossesed. So he is not evil, and he hates Catatrophe. Any clearer?

What should I be doing? 

Welcome back Elliot. I am sorry if you are offended by the fact that I still don't like you very much. I have trust issues, and quite frankly I find it hard to forgive people.

I IS CONFUSSSSSSED! I want to join in with the power of hoof, but I'm so confused as to anything that's going on!!! Do you guys recommend just waiting for the next story so far to come out, or to t dry and jump in…?

My alarm goes off, jerking me out of my sleep. I groan, slowly sitting up in bed. Today was a big day. I was definitely not looking forward to it.

I get dressed in my best pair of jeans and a white tee, slipping my leather jacket on over it. I brush my hair, then quickly do it in a French braid.

Walking out of my room, I call Mina on my radio. 

"Come to shadows room. Quick." She sounded worried.

Sighing, I switch directions. I didn't have time for this. Today was the day tell other Resistance leaders and I were meeting with twice alive Elliot. We were going to discuss plans and leadership problems. At least that was what we said. It was really just a meeting for him to explain himself.

 I make it to shadow rooms and walk in. Mina was standing there, holding a price of paper. She offers it to me wordlessly, and I quickly scan it. Great. So now shadow has left to find the Power of Hoof. 

"Let's just get this meeting over with. Then we will figure this out."

We walk to the main conference room and see Trillian already there, as well as Harbour. Elliot was standing at the far corner, staring at battle charts on the wall.

Mina and I walk in and take a seat, then Elliot does as well.

"I would first like to start with apologizing to everyone about how I acted when I was possesed. I hope that I didn't do to much damage," I snort, "but hope that I can still make it up to you."

"What you did was horrible," Mina says. "But I for one am able to forgive you."

Trillian says the same, as does Harbour. Then it is my turn.

 I stare at the table. Then, taking a deep breath, I slowly proceed. 

"I agree with them that what you did was awful. You chased me from my home, then destroyed it. But, despite my better judgement, I will forgive you as well. I hope that SailHaven will one day be restored back to it's former glory. Now, do you have any automatons for me?"

Nobody's said where the base is, so I'm going to decide we set up in the ruins of the old B.I.G. base. Painstakingly hidden deep inside, of course, but nonetheless.

I do one last sweep of my room, pull on my backpack, and go out into the hallway, where Nygrune is packed and waiting. He stands up from his position leaning against the wall when he sees me. 

"Ready?" I ask.

"Yeah. You?"

"Ready as I'll ever be. Let's go!"

"Assuming there's anything left to go back to," he says under his breath. I pretend not to hear. New Windswood will be fine, right? It couldn't be that bad. Our houses might have gotten scorched a little, but surely they're okay.

We don't go fast. We have plenty of time; we're not too far away. A day or two of steady travel will get us there. We dawdle and wander, and so we hear plenty of news; shadow is missing, gone north. Catastrophe has a new and powerful sword. A little girl with cardinal wings named Brynn is the Angel of Death. Elliot is here, and he's not insane anymore. I actually see Elliot just then, and run over to him without thinking.

"Yes?" he asks. For a moment, I am frozen.

"Your airships bombed my town," I say, my face blank. I don't know what I expect.

"Oh… I'm sorry. I think I was possessed at that time." 

Slowly, I nod. My brain has yet to resume functioning properly. I notice he's holding something. He sees me looking and opens his hand fully to reveal what looks like a metal bug. It waves an antennae as I look.

"It's a Scion. Trained, don't worry. Would you like it? As a gift, to apologize for what happened to your town. She feeds off of radiation in the air."

"Um… Okay." I hold out my hands, and the Scion jumps into them. Its tiny legs prickle my palms as it scuttles into a steady position.

"Thanks," I say, and turn back to Nygrune, who has edged closer since we stopped.

"You're welcome," he calls. "And I really am sorry!"

"I forgive you!" I'm not completely sure if I mean it, but I think I might come to. I don't look at him again, but I know he's heard me.

"What was that?" Nygrune asks, after we turn the corner.

"That was Elliot," I say.

"No, I know. What did he give you?"

"Oh. That. He said it's a Scion." I hold it up for Nygrune to see. He jumps back slightly in alarm.

"A Scion?! Why'd he give you one of those?!"

"What? She's trained," I answer, confused. Nygrune relaxes slightly. 

"If it tries to hurt anyone, I'm killing it," he says. I frown briefly but nod, and we continue walking. I put the Scion in the netted outer side pocket of my backpack, where she sits quietly. Nygrune gives her occasional suspicious glances all the way past Meek Peak.

Okay. I can work with them. I think they might contain the old wiring that was destroyed when SailHaven fell, and if I can salvage that…*grabs automatons and runs to room*

Also, I volunteered to go to northeast Kyngdom. I'm sorry guys, but this seems like our only way to defeat Catastrophe. Does anyone want to come with me? Brynn needs to stay here, so can somebody stay to watch over her? Or she could come. She might be helpful… 

I fly back to the resistance base, and walk into my office. I pull the cloth off of the gun I am making, and begin to add parts. Then, I hear my door open. I turn and see… (Who did I see? You tell me)
