There isn’t a rule against recommending a Christian song, so I guess you could do it if you wanted… But it could make some CBers who aren’t Christian uncomfortable, so I think it would be most respectful to recommend a song that isn’t a religious one. 🙂

Ooh it’s so pretty! Maybe 7 or 8/10? It gets one so deeply, and as you said, it’s kind of cathartic. There’s a kind of dark melody weaving through it, but it still manages to have a really nice twist and lilt. It’s the kind of song that drops you and then catches you, if that makes sense… Anyway, lovely! Thanks for recommending it >:D

The song that I’m choosing is “Swimming” by Kero Kero Bonito. I think it’s indie pop? It’s very nostalgic and dreamy, and I would love to hear everyone’s opinions!

Sorry it took me so long to respond – I’ve been super busy O_o I finally got around to listening to it, though, and it’s nice! I love the watery/ocean-ish vibes of it; it sounds a lot like a sort of mermaid song. It also has a sort of dreamy liveliness, which is pleasant to listen to. Probably about 6/10 – I might listen to it again :)
