Recently, my reading class finished the book Freak the Mighty. At first, I thought that it was an ok book, but then I realized that I would recommend the book!

Freak the Mighty is about two completely different boys and their adventures. Freak is a tiny, small boy who has a smart brain and a big imagination. He always tries to be positive and happy every day. Max is a tall, big guy who is entering the eighth grade. He is not the smartest person, but he ends up being Freak's best friend and changes his inner character throughout the book. It's as if Freak changed Max's life. Freak the Mighty is about Freak and Max's adventures, consequences, and imaginations.

I would recommend the book to any older child. It's because there is some kind of mature content and a violent scene. If you have any questions, please post them in the comments and I will answer them as soon as I can!

Happy reading!

Hi! have you guys read the Warriors series? They are really fun to read and I'd recomend them any day!
p.s. I'm new at this so I don't exactly know what to do...

Welcome to the Chatterbox, Cookieay, you're doing fine. Yes, we have other Warriors fans here. There are even some Warriors stories threads somewhere on the back pages in Inkwell.

Nina,

If you like dragons, you should read the Inheritance Cycle. There are four books: Eragon, Eldest, Brisingr, and Inheritance. It's about this boy who finds a weird rock in the woods that turns out to be a dragon egg, and the series is basically about their fight against the king, who wants to make the dragons extinct except for his.
