Deep breaths, mate. Inhale, exhale, you know the drill...

But while we're on the subject, Tigerstar was so unbelievably predictable it wasn't even funny.

Ahh, I love a good villain... My fave of all time would have to be Capricorn from Inkheart, but Mortola is great as well as the later bad guys... I thought Capricorn was wonderfully evil, but the last time I read it I was ten.

Voldy was great until I saw PPP, at which point I became too fond of him.

The Wizard is horrid and as for Elphie- I mean, the Wicked Witch of the West- well, you can tell I'm too much of a *Wicked groupie* to despise her. Speaking of which, do we have a current Wicked fan post? Checking on that.

Umm... The Titans were pretty fun to loathe, especially Kronos. Funny you should mention the "french dude" from MPatHG. Oh, beloved Monty Python...

Elvis, I expect that ypu have drifted over here from a Warriors thread, surprised that there is a non-warriors thread on BAB. Tigerstar is pretty bad, though. I liked that one of his offspring was good, tho' something not used a lot in stories.  (Yes, I am one of *those* people who read the entire Warriors series and then decided to hate them.)

Villains- You just love to hate them...

Well, obviously we're not listing every villain ever created! That would take up the whole Chatterbox! If you want people to discuss Tigerstar, it's best to bring it up POLITELY! Besides, a lot of the people here haven't read Warriors.

However, if you insist, I shall. I think he was a bit... cliche. There are so many villains like him in the world of books and movies that he wasn't exactly new. He was flat and 2-dimensional, like Capricorn of Inkheart. And he wasn't even remotely cat-like in my opinion. I will say that he was very well-portrayed, though. I just wish he was more original *sigh*.

I passionately disliked Capricorn, actually, but everyone can see the Inkheart thread for my aversion to C. Funke.

Some other good villains would be Dracula, as I said above, Count Olaf from SoUE, Contessa from HIVE (Nero too, though he wasn't exactly a bad guy... I mean, he was evil, but... yes, you'd have to read the books...), and pretty much any antagonists from SkulPle.

Sorry. Capricorn just seemed flat and 2-dimensional to me. No offense. I liked Mortola, though, especially in Inkdeath. That chapter from her point of view was amazing! Basta was interesting as well, partiicarly in Inkspell. Oh, and the Adderhead was great!

Count olaf was okay, but still, I wish he had a few redeeming qualities. He even smelled bad! I s'pose I might find some in The Beatrice Files, though. I plan to read it. All the other villains in SoUE were great!

Letters, Beatrice Letters.

That's a very good book, as is The Unauthroized Autobiography. BL is just a bit hard to follow, but still very interesting.

Esme Squalor, of course, was wonderful.

Awesome. My top 5 favorite villians are

1. Voldemort

2. Duke Roger (from Song of the Lioness)

3. Count Olaf (just cuz it's so funny to read about him)

4. Mrs. Coulter

5. Bellatrix

And Voldy is by far the funnest to read about.
