Chatterbox: Chirp at Cricket

Chatterboxer Interviews (

Chatterboxer Interviews (or famous Chatterboxer of every third day) REPRISE!

So, if anyone remembers this, it was a thread that Olive started that was rather popular about a year ago, where a Chatterboxer would be chosen and after two days of answering any questions Chatterboxers asked that Chatterboxer, they would pick another Chatterboxer, repeat ad nauseum until there are no more Chatterboxers uninterviewed.  Anyway, I'm reviving it, except every third day a new Chatterboxer will be selected (if the interviewed Chatterboxer doesn't suggest a new Chatterboxer, I will choose one at random), because there are a lot of new Chatterboxers and the CaC is dominated by TCCP.  If you were interviewed in the old thread, you can still be interviewed in this one.   Anyone interested?

I choose... Joe the Stickfiddler!

True's Qs:

1. My favorite books are mostly the classics. Anything by Louisa May Alcott, LM Montgomery, and Rick Riordan. I've also come to real enjoy The Girl Who Could Fly by Victoria Forester, and Keep of the Lost Cities by Shannon Messenger.

2. In What Katy Did, I simply loved Katy and Clover! They were some of my all time favorite characters EVER!

3. I do practice archery, though not really in any official way. My dad teaches me. So I'm not in any official sport. I'm more the thinking, better at school type. Not really athletic.

4. I love dalmations! They are so cute!

5. Yes! Absolutely! I'm already doing "research" for my novel, and I'm really excited about it!!!!!

Daffodil's Q:

That's easy! Annabeth, by far! She's the one who started me calling myself Blonde Heroines Rule! I love Annabeth cause I can relate to her in a lot of ways. We both love to learn and read. She can fight, and can judo flip Percy! You gotta love a heroine who can fight, and doesn't rely on someone else to fight her battles. She's a strong character, and a great role model! ANNABETH ROCKS!!!!!!!

@ BHR:

I'd love to learn archery! Is it hard? I always wanted to try it--it's very Elvish, if you get me.

And yes, Annabeth does rock!!!

1) If you had a robot who followed you around everywhere, what would its name be?

2) What, in your opinion, is the eaisest way to fall off a cliff?

I love ya'lls questions! Okay.

Red's Qs:

1. A real hair color would be Anne Shirley red. For fun would be pink, blue, green, or just a random assortment!

2. October, cause that's when fall is really here and when you start gearing up for all the good holidays!

3. Um, a hamster? I'm not really overly fond of rodents.

4. Cappie says fepv. Furry Evil Puppy Villians. I find it hard to believe puppies are villians, but okay.

5. No idea.

@ Everinne:

Well, it depends on a lot of things. What kind of bow, the brand of bow, your upper body strength, and the area you're shooting. I recommend a recurve bow, which is a lot easier to shoot. Compounds are a lot harder. I have one of both, and I much prefer the recurve. The only difference is a recurve is your traditional looking bow, whereas the compound has pulleys or cams at the top and bottom. If you google it, you should find pictures. Upper body strength is also important. You need a lot of arm strength to hold the bow steady, and pull the arrow back. Then, you need finger strength. You use only two fingers. Your pointer and middle finger, to pull back the string and help hold the arrow in place using the tips of your fingers. Your fingers WILL get sore! Also, you need plenty of space to shoot. And get arrows that don't blend into the surrounding areas, or they will blend in. Try spray paint. And trust me, your arrows will go everywhere!

That's about all I can tell you. It's really about your determination. It's a trial and error sport. But well worth it and really fun!

Theo's Qs:

1. Hmm. Gizmo.

2. Being shoved or tripping.

3. FLYING!!! Totally! And telepathy.

I really do love your questions!

@ Melody:

1. Oh gosh. Hmm. I guess... it's a tie between Peter Pan, Cinderella, and Fox and the Hound.

2. I think my favorite Keeper is Willa. She's smart, yet modest Charlene is too interested in guys for me to like, and slightly arrogant. I also really like Finn, but he keeps leading on Charlene and Amanda, and won't just pick! Maybeck is Maybeck, but I still like him. And Philby I do like too, but he is just so arrogant now, half the time, I can't stand him!

Btw, I just finished book 5, Shell Game. So good! I can't wait to get my hands on the next!!!!

(August 3, 2013 - 11:45 am)

Willa's my favorite, too.  I like how smart she is and that she's more of a tomboy. I like Philby, too, because of how smart he is and how he's confident about himself, but he's not my absolute favorite because his confidence can turn into arrogance.

The ending of the next book is really... Shocking.  I liked it, though.

5. What job would you have if you could have any? (not necessarily a store) An author!

Gollum's Qs:

3. Vampires or dragons- which one do you like better? Dragons. No Dracula for me, thank you!
