I never had an alter ego. I don't plan on ever having one. It just would be weird, having to lug around a silly side of me everywhere on the CB.
I think that I may know of a few of you without alter egos, correct me if I'm wrong:
Air?
Cayke?
Savvy?
Is anybuggy also like this?

I'm sorry if this sounded like an anti-AE thread. I don't want to start any wars. I don't want to start any arguments. I just wanted to know if there was anybuggy else who didn't have an alter-ego. It seems that everybody has one now. I have no objection to that. AE's are cool. I just don't want one myself.

Really, my alter egos are like the voices in my head. Masked Piester is hyper, extrovert me. Baelfire is the not talkative, introvert me. Brookeira is the real me, more of an introvert and very nerdy and geeky. I also have a biker, dark side of me named Roxanne, but she isn't allowed on here. Yes, I name the voices in my head, and yes, Baelfire is male. I kind of wanted a male alter ego, so okay.

Huh. I never thought of alter egos being like a different part of you. The way Danie explains it, Squeak isn't an alter ego because he is like the other side to her. Interesting. I guess everybody has different opinions on what an alter ego is to them.

An annoying voice in my head that sometimes wiggles into my posts in italics to complain about something or eat cheese.

Mine are like that too, but also it's just fun to have them.
Squeak isn't an alter ego because he was Danie's "twin" for so long, and just actually being an AE doesn't change Squeak.

Yeah. Um, my AEs are kind of like Brookeira's or Danie's-- I split my personality into 3 parts. Volcano is the part of me that is crazy and hyper, and Shifting is my mean part. I pretty much cast off my less desirable personalities and personified them.

Meh. I just made mine because they're fun to have. And like Magic Dragon said, they don't have to be crazy. Feather isn't crazy. (Okay, technically she isn't an alter ego anymore. But she used to be.)

OK, so in the *Everlasting Party II* I added in an alter ego. Please do not take that seriously. I was tired and slaphappy so I brought in an alter ego. I don't even really know WHY alter egos are here, (not trying to offend anyone), so aforementioned alter ego is no more.
