I will go around and select little bits of writing to post here.
To start it off: a post from the Mystery Thread, by the author.
Conversation at the dinner table was lifeless. Gared was gazing at his shoes in a way that reminded Ashlee of the Shoegaze performance her dad had taken her to. He seemed to be gazing down, as if he were reading a book. Ash noticed that Novelist was, while not in Gared's depressingly lifless state, quiet and withdrawn.
Finally, it was too much for Ash. She addressed herself directly to Gared. "Hello?"
Gared jumped to life. "Yes?"
"What is wrong?"
"What?"
"I said: what is wrong?"
"Nothing. How was the archery range."
Cleo cut in "You are changing the subject. What is wrong?"
"I am just reflecting." Gared was clearly surpriesed by the sudden show of force. He was blushing.
"Yea, well. You reflect, oddly enough, after inviting Novelist to the party." September cut in.
Novelist turned the most unimaginable shade of red and green. She looked sick, and like she had just tried to drink vinegar.
"How did you know?" Gared replied, turning bright red.
"Well, for one thing, we were told by the waiter that there was a dance." September had turned to offense "And I was in my room while you asked Novelist."
At this point, Gared was mortified. Finaly, Ash asked "So, that's why you are so quiet?"
Gared was forced to reply "Yes"

My heart beats fast with excitement. We are about to escape.
I pad quietly up to my kennel door and put my paws up on it. I nose around the latch for a bit and claw at it from inside the kennel until it springs open. Then I walk over to Tempest's kennel. It's easier now that I'm on the outside, and I lift it with my nose and set her free.
About ten minutes later, everyone but Gray is free. I hear claws scratching the cement, and soft growling. "Gray?" I ask.
She pricks her ears and shakes her self. "Ya. Ready. I'm ready."
I smile, and we join the others, ready to enter the hopefully not flooded tunnel.

Age: 17
Who are you: Was Alex's boyfriend. Driven by grief after she died, he joined the police force as a detective-in-training. Was always convinced it was a murder, and has been looking for clues since Alex disappeared.
Appearance: Long brown-blond hair, blue-gray eyes. Idolizes Gared McFlynn, so he also wears a trench coat.
Personality: Hardened, broken, bitterly sarcastic, trying not to show emotion.
What I've been doing: trying to avenge her death and catch a killer.

House RP
Welcome to Esu! A world much like Earth, but for its School system. No, not education. Everyone in the country of Esu chooses a school of magic to study, and thus chooses their class.
There are four school, each with houses: the School of the Mind, the School of the Element, the School of the Body, and the School of the Heart.
ONLY ONE OF EACH HOUSE
School of the Mind: Think Ravenclaws. Their houses are:
House Kineta (telekinetics, my charrie)
House Telepa (telepaths)
House Seera (future sight)
School of the Element: Very diverse, think Ravenpuffs I guess. Each house kind of has individual traits.
House Aquata (water control, Ravenclaw-ish)
House Terra (stone control, Gryffindor-ish)
House Fiera (fire control, Slytherin-ish)
House Aera (air control, Hufflepuff-ish)
School of the Body: Think jocks or Gryffindors. Their houses are:
House Fita (super strength)
House Litha (super speed)
House Leipa (super agility)
School of the Heart: Think dramatic, and stereotypically girly regardless of gender. Their houses are:
House Miraga (illusion creation)
House Glamoura (can change physical appearance to that of different people)
House Sonata (charmspeak)
The plot: We all come from different houses, but must band together to fight the Maka, or the power-thief, an ancient deity that can take all powers.

look what I found! I didn't know about these!
Character Lounge--People take characters from books or stories they've written or role plays they've participated in. Then they put them all into the same room, so you end up with elves, supermodels, and half-dragons all wondering where they came from. Chaotic yet hilarious.
We should do it!!
