A fire crackles merrily in a stone fireplace, illuminating the cabin living room with gentle golden warmth. Facing it at eager angles are pillows and fluffy blankets, as well as oaken rocking chairs. Upon the hearth sits a bag of marshmallows accompanied by roasting sticks, graham crackers, and chocolate, as well as a couple of old dusty books. Many a story has been shared here at the hearth, as will many a story more...
Welcome to the coziest place in the Chatterbox! This is the place for sharing stories and memories. I thought it would be neat for newer CBers to hear about what the CB was like before they joined...Older CBers can reminisce together, curious CBers can ask questions, and anyone who has a story should tell it!

Ooh! I love stories! I wasn't here for any events or anything, because I was only on for about 2 months. But I'd love to here some expieriences CBers had!
*Grabs a marshmallow and plops down on a chair.*

Rogue slunk in and looked at the other CBers from under her hood. She smiled mysteriously and twirled her silver cloak. Before the CBer's very eyes, it magically turned into a silver hoodie. On her chest, the white Outcast Rune showed proudly. Rogue walked over to the non-alchoholic-beverage bar. A blonde barista, barely seventeen, smiled at Rogue.
"Heya, darlin'. What can I get for you tonight?" She said, laying aside the dish she had been drying. Rogue stared at her blankly and coldly. The barista was unfased.
"Just some cold water, please." The girl across the counter nodded and got the water. Rogue took the water and glided away silently, as she always did. Agent Winter waved excitedly, and Rogue smiled back and walked over to her friend. Taking a seat on a nearby recliner, she crossed her legs, leaned back and took a sip of her water.
"I am here, and ready to comply to your story requests." Rogue smiled kindly.

Coroline snuggled into her blanket, clutching a marshmellow. She would love to here stories from the Chatterbox, as she has only been here for a month or so.

Micearenice rocked back in forth in her rocking chair and heaved a dusty book of the hearth. She opened it up to a random page, smoothed out the paper, and began to read:
The My Little Pony Phase
Yes, we did go through a MLP phase a couple of years ago! It started out simply with threads about MLP, but then there were Guess That Pony threads, MLP Picturings (being ponified), and all sorts of things. It lasted fairly long, then just stopped all at once. That's a phase for you, I guess.

After waving at Rogue, who had just entered, and then frantically blowing out a marshmallow that she had caught on fire, Agent Winter nodded at Micearenice. "I have two friends who are obsessed with MLP," Agent Winter said through a mouthful of scalding hot marshmallow, "so I try to stay on top of current MLP stuff. And it'd be pretty cool to be ponified. But I still have no idea who the random ponies at the start of Cho Chang's thread are." She shrugged, running a hand through her now-covered-in-marshmallow-stickiness hair. "Again, I don't have a lot of stories, but I'll definitely answer questions if anyone wants me to."

Icy, who was currently seated on a rocking chair a bit further from the fire, laughed.
"I completely forgot about that!" She stated, addressing Mice's earlier recollection of Bolton. "That was...actually pretty hilarious."
...I did actually completely forget that. It's nice to have a good reminder once in a while.

Ha, wasn't it shocking though? I remember my Æ Rosalyn was queueing for Bolton's affection. Aah I miss him.

Joan B. of Arc sighed deeply and leaned back in her seat after she finished roasting her marshmallow.
"I remember when the first AE drama started-or at least, AE drama with crushes and relationships. It was my first year on the CB, and I had already created my first AE Puck.
We (I and Puck,) recently joined a post made by Abigail S. (an older CBer) about a summer camp. St. Owl's AE Devil Owl joined as well.
Mind you, at the time, there had been absolutely NO AE drama with relationships and crushes etc. In this thread, my AE Puck's goal was (and still is) to become the BEST prankster in the whole CB universe! Which meant surpassing even Devil Owl-the most well known prankster at the time, what with his patented flaming brussel sprout cannon, I believe it was.
Anyways, in this thread that Abigail S. wrote, there was a whole one on one AE prank war between Puck and St. Owl.
During this whole "war" though, Puck realized something. She was in love, or in other words, she had a teeny weeny crush on Devil Owl. But how would he notice her? And would he ever notice her at all?"
Joan B. of Arc finished her story and stirred the hot cocoa in her hands, which had mysteriously appeared when she first began the story. She sighed.
"Man-those were the days. The crush my AE Puck has on Dev has gradually increased A TON over the years. Things started to get a little interesting. *chuckle* That was when the very first AE crushes and AE "drama" first started-when all AEs began to have crushes on each other and be in a relationship; all because Puck began to have a crush on Puck through a prank war."

Oops-there is a typo in there!!! Yikes!!!
Um... hey Admins? If you could, would you please change the second name Puck in the very last sentence of paragraph 8 to the name Dev?
If not, that's ok.
To any other CBers who read this (if the Admins can't change it,): I meant to say "...all because Puck began to have a crush on Dev through a prank war..." instead of the words: "...all because Puck began to have a crush on Puck through a prank war."

Darkking materializes in a chair next to Joan B's in a bit of shadowy mist that smells slightly like citrus, he takes a sip of his hot chocolate. "I haven't been on the CB for very long but I would love to hear some more stories about the past!" he chuckles and turns slightly pink "I actually went on the CB in fifth grade but I left quickly because I didn't know what was going on or anyone on the CB." He looks at a photo that he pulls out of his pocket. "Storm Windwhisperer brought me back though, she's a really good friend."
