Chatterbox: Down to Earth

I'm going to

I'm going to California in the summer and I haven't been there in, um, more than five years so I'm not sure what there is to do there anymore, other than Disneyland.

I'll be in the LA area which is apparently Southern California. Any suggestions?

You guys are really lucky!  Disneyland is, like, the original Disney park.  Disney World is much better, in my humble opinion, because it's bigger, but still... DISNEYLAND!  Someday...

I live in Nor Cal (the Bay Area), so I don't know that much about the LA area, but you should go to Sea World, and San Diego zoo. And possibly Legoland, but I think it might be for younger kids. I haven't been thre since I was 5.

I do have suggestions for rides in Disneyland, since I went there a month ago. You have to go on Space Mountain, if you like roller coasters. I went on it 11 times! The only problem with that is that the line is usually at least 45 min long. I also love California Screamin' in California Adventure, it's really fast. Cars land just opened, but I'm not really sure what's there.

In Cars Land, there are shops, restaurants, and rides.  The rides are Mater's Junkyard Jamboree, where you ride in tractors that dance while Mater sings;  Luigi's Flying Tires, which is a reincarnation of the Flying Saucers (Think riding in giant air hockey pucks); and Radiator Springs Racers, which is when you ride in a car through Radiator Springs.

If you have any questions about Disneyland rides, I am a really good resource.:). I research this stuff for fun.

*facemelt* I JUST REALIZED THAT I'M PROBABLY NOT GOING TO DISNEYLAND! D': But I am going to Magic Mountain.

My last day of school is the 29th but Thursday were our last tests. Friday we just played soccer baseball the whole morning (triple French with a super-chill teacher who loves that game and who is really good friends with another super-chill teacher who has grade 8 classes at the same time. We crushed them obviously ;)) This week is "trip week" (aka 7s to Quebec, 8s to Ottawa, and 6s and people who aren't going to bowling and some other things). The week after is baseball tournaments, report cards, and yearbook signing.
