Chatterbox: Down to Earth

Quiz Time! S

Quiz Time!

So, here we go. Lots of random questions because I am in a bored mood.

1) What are you wearing?

2) Who else is in the room with you?

3) What is the closest red thing to you? (Note: The red things on your screen don't count.)

4) What other tabs/windows do you have on, and what is on them?

5) Close your eyes. Silently count to five. What is the first identifiable sound you hear?

6) Take the book closest to you. Go to page 23. Find the 32nd word from the bottom of the page. What is the book's title, and the word. (If it is inappropriate, go for the word after or before it.)

7) What was the song you last listened to? (Someone else singing, not yourself singing)

8) If you were ruler of the world/a country what laws would you make?

9) If you could choose a new name for yourself, what would it be, and why?

10) If you were going to spend one year on a desert isaland, what three things would you bring and why?

My answers:

1) What are you wearing? Jeans, Grey butterfly shirt with colored sparkles, a purple jacket, and white ankle socks. My hair is in a pony tail with a blue holder.

 2) Who else is in the room with you and what are they doing? My youngest sister, who is . . . coloring on the couch.

 3) What is the closest red thing to you? (Note: The red things on your screen don't count.) Either Donald Duck's mittens, or the red tulips on the mouse pad.

 4) What other tabs/windows do you have on, and what is on them? Just a homepage and YouTube.

 5) Take off any earphones. Close your eyes. Silently count to five. What is the first identifiable sound you hear? Jingle of my sister's purse. She's moving out of the living room.

 6)
Take the book closest to you. Go to page 23. Find the 32nd word from
the bottom of the page. What is the book's title, and the word. (If it
is inappropriate, go for the word after or before it.)

 7) What was the song you last listened to? (Someone else singing, not yourself singing) Disney's Frozen song "Let It Go" in twenty five languages. On or two verses per language.

 8) If a genie would give you only one wish, which would you pick? To have another ten wishes. Bwahaha!

 9) If you could choose a new name for yourself, what would it be, and why? I'm perfectly satisfied with my name, thank you, but if I must choose, then . . . Eve. Sweet, simple, and I'm already used to it, as it is my "name" in French class.

 10) If you were going to spend one year on a desert isaland, what three things would you bring and why? Endless supply of water, because otherwise I would be dead long before a month would be up. A Swiss Army Knife, so I can cut things. Clothes, because mine will wear out soon.

You forgot to give us your answer to number 6, about the book.

*gasp* The Evillious Chronicles? What songs have you listened to? Do you like them?

I think the admins have some kind of issue , because I tried to post a comment about which songs I had listened to and they wouldn't let me.

Yes, they don't look/sound appropriate for Chatterbox.

*headesk* I was distracted. Let's see, I'll answer that now.

The answer is "to" from Richard Scary's What do People do All Day"

Also, sorry guys, I forgot to change the question number eight. Just call me absent minded. Answer which ever you want.

1) an oversized baseball-style long-sleeved Little Mermaid tee shirt (my favorite out of 4, actually)

2) My bamboo plant: Fred Jr. II

3) A JumpStart Kindergarten computer game

4) An article called "An Electric Fourth of July" on the Disney Insider blog with videos of Disney's Electrical Main Street Parade, two articles that are all pictures that are unbelievable but not photoshopped, and my iTunes

5) *turns off music* The turtle tank filter gurgling away in the kitchen

6) The word is 'but'.  The book is called Reconstructing Amelia, and it's by Kimberly McCreight.  Judging from the cover, it's my mom's.  I've never actually seen it before.  The actual closest book was sheet music, so...

7) Currently listening to The Little Mermaid soundtrack.  Song is Les Poissons.

8) Idk, something Disney

9) Melody.  It's not my real name but it would be cool.

10) Food (should be obvious why), my iPad and charger (I can read on it and listen to music on it , etc), and something that would give me wifi (NEED WIFI)

Gah, there are two number eights!

8, genie version:

Disney stuff.

1) What are you wearing?

A sweater dress, leggings. My hair is not even fit for a rat's nest, as it is extremely messy and frizzy, so I've tried to contain it by pulling it back.

2) Who else is in the room with you?

My mom, who is ignoring me.

3) What is the closest red thing to you? (Note: The red things on your screen don't count.)

A pillow.

4) What other tabs/windows do you have on, and what is on them?

Shannon Messenger's blog/new Team Keeper website!!!!!!!!!

5) Close your eyes. Silently count to five. What is the first identifiable sound you hear?

6) Take the book closest to you. Go to page 23. Find the 32nd word from
the bottom of the page. What is the book's title, and the word. (If it
is inappropriate, go for the word after or before it.)

The word was "along", and the book was Keeper of the Lost Cities by Shannon Messenger (which I am rereading again for the fourth or fifth time in the last six months).

7) What was the song you last listened to? (Someone else singing, not yourself singing)

Ordinary Day by Vanessa Carlson, which is part of the Keeper of the Lost Cities soundtrack on Shannon's Team Keeper site. (Can you tell I'm just a little obsessed with this series and this author?)

8) If you were ruler of the world/a country what laws would you make?

Hmm. I would spread God's word, ban unecessary homework, form a Literacy campaign to promote and help kids who either don't like to read, or can't get books, and form better college financial aids so kids can work off a reasonable tution fee (yes, college tuition is ridiculous, but I've heard of schools that allow the students to work on campus to pay off their tuition by the time they graduate. That's awesome.). See the World Domination thread for further plans of what Theo and I plan to do.

Other number 8) If a genie would give you only one wish, which would you pick?

Assuming I couldn't have more wishes, it would be to fly! I've always wanted to fly. That, or teleknesis.

9) If you could choose a new name for yourself, what would it be, and why?

Depends. Honestly, it changes with my mood. Maybe Anne. I've always liked the name Anne.

10) If you were going to spend one year on a desert isaland, what three things would you bring and why?

All logic and everything reasonble or sane aside, I'd bring my stuffed bear (not one word, I CANNOT live without him.), a trunk full of books, and a machete (for survival, and it would be COOL! That way if my annoying cohost of a popular car show ran into the back of my car on dangerous mountain road, I could machete him. Better than the gardening channel! Yes, that was a Top Gear joke).

Wow, I came up with far more elaborate answers than I had thought I would.

7. I'm not exactly sure on that, but probably a song from Frozen.

8. I would wish for 1 million wishes!

9. Maybe Jade or Crystal. Not sure why, I just like the sound of it. But I really like my name, Nina.

10. Endless supply of water, endless supply of food, and lots of extra clothes.
