Myers-Briggs types
l had heard of Myters-Briggs testing for a long time now, but l'm generally not in favor of putting people into boxes--which was what l thought the Myers-Briggs testing was. A little more research and l discovered that it was very grounded in science and not for putting people into boxes, but for understanding how they think, which is completely fascinating
According to the website, l am INTP, one of the rarer types. l read up on it some more and is is almost creepily accuate.
Anyways, what's your type? How accuate did you find it?

I took this test a while ago. I'm an ENFP, and when I read the description for it, I felt so... understood. Finally someone knew how I felt. I'm an ENFP through and through, and I was also thinking of making a thread about it. Sadly, there seem to be few other people like me in the world. =((

I took the test a second and third time and got ENFP too!

I am an INFJ, by FAR the rarest type. I am very proud and relate so strongly it hurts.

I'm an INFJ too, Brookeria!!!!!! *internet high five*
I'm very proud to be an INFJ, and I've read up about the type and relate to literally like everything I've read. So now I'm kinda obsessed with personality typing.
I'm really glad you made this thread, Shadow Dragon. It's the thread I never knew I needed.

I was also reading INFP (my type) and it said we want to be writers! How creepy is that! This is probably why many of us here are INFP!
@Brookeira, whoa! You got the rarest type! That's pretty cool!

Danke!

Yeah, I want to be a writer but feel like I'll end up being a therapist.

I'm an Intj, which is, for the most part, scarily accurate. Intj's are one of the rarest types - only about 2% of the population is one, and only .8% are female Intj's. Some famous Intj's are Nikola Tesla, Isaac Newton, and Mark Zuckerburg. And... I'm only one letter away from Alexander Hamilton!!! He was an Entj.

I'm an ENFP too, Cayke! High five!
I totally relate to it!

I used a site called '16 personalities' which is mostly Meyers-Briggs but also has some other components. It is the most accurate test I ever took.
I strongly advise everyone to take it-- it has no ads or links to inappropriate sites. I would perhaps not advise the younger CBers to look at the 'Romantic Relationships' section of their result, because that section, although in no way inappropriate, makes slight mention of some things that may not be suitable. This applies to only one or two of the results, but I obviously can't tell which result you might get.
Anyway, I'm 'the Mediator' INFP. I am very, very glad to see that so many people also tested as INFPs, although I know that, due to differences between different test methods, that could mean anything.

I used that website as well. The reason that there are so many INFP--Probably--Is the fact that they want to be writers! Also, they are dreamers, and are very creative. It just kinda makes sense. Also, other types may not want to go onto this website. On '16personalities' there is a thing kinda liked CB, and there is mostly Meditators, and a few other types. There's mainly no Sentinels there too, like on here.

I used that site!!! The avatars are really cute. Oh, and I got mediator too!

Balletandbow, there's a link to a page explaining your ENFP personality type. It's perfectly safe, Admins, but I understand if you can't publish it. And Ballet, if you haven't taken the test the page links to, take it and see if you still get ENFP.

Where did you guys find this test? I can only find one which I have to pay for. :(
(June 4, 2016 - 12:29 pm)
Cho-- just google '16 personality types', click on the first result, and then click on the rectangle at the top that says 'Take The Test'. Enjoy! :D
Apparantly, INFPs are very, very rare, just 4% of the population, but INTJs are the rarest at 2%. So I'm surprised that so many people here are INFPs! Actually, scrap that, I'm not surprised. We're mostly writers here, and many of us are misfits. And it also explains why so many of us are so happy to find 'kindred spirits' here-- that's part of the INFP personality. Three cheers for Introverted Intuitive Feeling Perceiving!!!!!! (And all the others, of course.) ;)
