Okay, I know I'm crazy, but I wanted to announce that my birthday is almost in a month! (My B-day is in early August, but whatevs.)

Um, yeah! Please take this survey below so I can make my 13th birthday amazing for y'all and my few friends IRL (that means In Real Life, right? Never mind.)

1. Do you guys like quizzes, surveys, and/or RPs? (Please select your favorite(s))

2. If I make a RP do you think it should be a Charrie sheet RP (See link 1), LoTR RP (see link 2), or Fantasy/Ashan RP (see link 3)?

Thanks, Remus! (I'm also very fond of Fantasy/Ashan. It was my first RP. The link I featured though was a recent remake.)

Also, thank you for the Happy Birthday (even though it's not for awhile. XD) I enjoy getting ahead of myself.

1. RP!

2. Charrie sheet

3.No, because sadly I have not yet read LoTR

4. Sure! Maybe you could organize a game of Quidditch at your party...FYI the Snitch is a fast-moving person you have to take the flag of (like flag football) and idk what the Beaters do

I agree #JohnWilliamsIsTheMan

Yeah, it's kinda crazy how the snitch is now a person ... XD

I got a whole walk-through of how to play Quidditch, because there's a college-age female is going to a college with Quidditch availible as a sport. As you've probably guessed, she's a huge HP fan.

Surveys, I guess. RPs are a lot of fun if done right but I haven't found any RPs I've really liked on here for a while. You all write too fast for me, and I have tons of projects going on. I'm doing some world building here, a couple of short stories there, a couple of more casual projects for people online, and just a random thing or two here and there. Fast passed RPing isn't going to be happening any time soon.

2. If I make a RP do you think it should be a Charrie sheet RP (See link 1), LoTR RP (see link 2), or Fantasy/Ashan RP (see link 3)?

Since I wouldn't be up for a fast passed RP, I don't really care.

3. Do you have any suggestions for a LoTR party?

No, sorry.

4. Do y'all want to play Quidditch sometime? IT'S A REAL SPORT NOW!!!! Google it.

Not really, no. The real appeal of it to me fell into two categories: it's relationship to Harry Potter and the Harry Potter world, and flying on broomsticks. Take out those two, and you have a bunch of people playing a not evenly balanced game. I mean, think of the Snitch and the timing system... GAH! It would be SO. IRRATING. to try to play. Either you would need to modify the rules a lot, or just not really do it. Plus how would you even have the quaffles and snitch and stuff?

Okay, to answer your questions ...

HowToPlay

Three chasers score goals worth 10 points each with a volleyball called the quaffle. They advance the ball down the field by running with it, passing it to teammates, or kicking it. Each team has a keeper who defends the goal hoops. Two beaters use dodgeballs called bludgers to disrupt the flow of the game by “knocking out” other players. Any player hit by a bludger is out of play until they touch their own goals. Each team also has a seeker who tries to catch the snitch. The snitch is a ball attached to the waistband of the snitch runner, a neutral athlete in a yellow uniform who uses any means to avoid capture. The snitch is worth 30 points and its capture ends the game. If the score is tied after the snitch catch, the game proceeds into overtime.

During play, players are forbidden from taking certain actions, or fouls. Players who commit fouls face different consequences depending on the severity of the offense. A back to hoops foul indicates that a player must stop and return to their hoops, as though knocked out. A yellow card indicates that a player must spend one minute in the penalty box. A red card indicates that a player is barred from the rest of the game.

A quidditch game allows each team to have a maximum of four players who identify as the same gender in active play on the field at the same time. This number increases to five once the seekers enter the game. The gender that a player identifies with is considered to be that player’s gender, which may or may not correspond with that person’s sex. This is commonly referred to as the gender maximum rule.
