Oh. My. Gosh.

Chatterbox: Down to Earth

Oh. My. Gosh.

Oh. My. Gosh.

It was amazing.  I just can't believe how well written it was.

(for those of you who don't know, which is probably all of you, I just saw Wicked)

TNÖ, you were right, Defying Gravity, oh my gosh, it was so wonderful.  That was a spectacular scene.

I'm soooooooooooooooooooo happy I went.  It was one of the best Musicals I've seen.  I want to go again, and again, and again, and again, and you get the picture.

The Sets!  Oh, they were so cool!!!!  Beautiful.  I loved the piece they used for the bridge, and then practically everything else.

And I loved the way Galinda acted, it was so funny!!!!!  I loved that part were she was singing Popular, and she was showing Elphaba how to toss her hair.  Oh it was hilarious!!!!  When I showed my mom how she did that, she thought it was really funny.  (she didn't go)

Oh, and there was an understudy for Glinda, but she did an amazing job.

And can I even begin to describe Elphaba?  SHE WAS SO GOOD!!!!!!!  She had an AMAZING voice.

I loved the end, but it was sad.

If you're wondering why I am not sounding more excited, it's because I already described how much I loved it SEVERAL TIMES, to  several people.  (and I'm sleepy.  I had to get up early to get to Bethany's house in time.  We had refreshments there, and then all drove and met at the Orpheum Theater, on Market Street.  {I rode with Bethany})

I was going to get a t-shirt, but I only had twenty dollars with me, and they were more than thirty.  But I wanted wither the one that was purple and said "I (heart with the 'Wicked' picture in it) Oz, Or the light green one that said "Wicked" and had swily things on it.  *pouts*

I could always buy one online, but it's not the same.  :(

Oh yes, and I must say:  Madame Morrible is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  What's-her-name-who-played-her did a good job, she had the perfect voice for it.

AAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  IT WAS SO... WICKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*dances with joy*

Does anyone know how long the Wicked musical is playing?!  I just read the first book and I'm nearly finished the second one (which is at least as good as the first one!!) called "Son of a Witch".  "Wicked" KNOCKED MY SOCKS OF!!!!!!!!!!!! :):D:) Gregory Maguire, or whatever his name is, writes exceptionally well, and very originally!!  And all the tiny details, from the religions of Oz, to the fact that Elphaba bit off the nursemaid's finger, make it so rich and interesting!!  I love the fact that even though Elphaba had a bad childhood, and just plain bad luck, and was slightly rotten inside, she didn't sulk in a corner like most a 'dem weak-kneed characters in books.  No!!  She did something with her life!!  And that's awesome!! :):D:)

*cough* Well, aaaaaanyway, I would REALLY like to go see the musical, but I don't know how long it will be playing.  Is it still on, even!?

Well, I think it's going to be playing for a long time because it's such a hit.  It's already been playing for five years, so I think the chances of you going before it closes are pretty good.  It was so amazing.  I'd do anything to see it again!!!!!!!!

:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D   <---I do those really fast now,  I've come up with a system, though I usually have to go back and edit some, because they are backwards.  :)
