My dog decided to throw a tantrum at 3am this morning, crying and howling and barking, so I didn't sleep too well. I think a lot of my lack of sleep is thanks to my dog.

Oh, also Inkling just said "yfuvx" which I'm taking to mean y = f of x, aka y = f(x), which is true. f(x) is the same thing as y in math. good job inky
Now she's saying "knebm" Hmmm I don't think I know anyone with those initials? oh, but I do know someone who one of her last names starts w/those letters... No, Inkling, AKP already had her bat mitzvah, silly. Hers was the first other than SNK.

Algebra 1 pt 2. It's annoying... My teacher goes a bit too fast, too. And it's confusing. Aslo my worst class, even worse than PE and health... We're learning about parabolas, and we just learned about even/odd/neither things. I don't need math to read! And I don't need parabolas for drawing, I think! As my pin says, I'd rather be reading.
Inkling says "myxhk". Maybe she meant a v instead of m which would be vertex, because in vertex form* it's V(h,k). The h is the x value, and the k is the y value.
Vertex form: y = a(x-h)^2 + k
Standard/General form: y = ax^2 + bx + c
Intercept/Factored form: y = a(x - _)(x - _)

yesterday everyone at running club was playing an epic team game of 'the floor is lava'. basically five teams of around 7 kids of varying ages were trying to get across the gym with foam tiles, run a lap on the stairs, and shoot 3 hoops with a basketball.
at some point I realized that if I jumped into the 'lava', it would let my team get across faster. so I jumped very dramatically into the 'lava' while yelling "yeet". it rather heroic if you ask me :D

......I have the money...to buy a desk....I found one I want....I took the measurments...AND MY DAD....STILL WON'T LET ME BUY IT.......uuuugh. I gave him reasons..I GAVE HIM A LIST. But it's al for not.

adiofjkadlhjakslf my math teachers need to stop giving homework they don't explain how to do first—liiiiike it might be nice if they just told us how to do it before they gave it to us, and it might be nice if they actually made the problems/solved them instead of getting them from an online website that provides the questions and the answers (I found it.), or various textbooks, and it'd be nice if they actually taught once in a while... but of course that's too much to hope for??
