I wasn’t really sure what to call this thread, but I’ve had this idea floating around in my head for awhile now. Basically, anyone can post anything here. So I am sick with a fever, and for some reason, my ears feel clogged, but they aren't. IDK why. I also had ear pain before.

Probably an ear infection, so basically swelling of the channels in your ears. Contrary to my popular belief, ear infections are not only limited to infants (I for one, at the age of 16 still get them quite frequently) and are often accompanied with other symptoms, such as a cold, fever/chills, aches + pains, or nasal congestion, and the like. The reason your ears feel clogged is because of the swelling, and it also can be quite painful (sharp/stabbing or throbbing pain).
If symptoms last for more than 2 or 3 days, it's a good idea to see a doctor/seek medical attention if possible. Ear infections typically can be resolved quite easily with a prescription of simple antibiotics, and will sometimes even go away on their own. However, if it lasts for several days, that can become dangerous, due to the proximity of the ears to the brain. If things get out of control and go untreated, especially if it happens frequently, there could be pretty severe consequences, like hearing loss or bone damage. So yeah. Just be careful and see a doctor if it doesn't go away within a few days.
